I enjoy the food from this location from time to time. Sometimes I visit the Gulfport location as I work in Gulfport. So I had a coupon with stamps and I wanted to redeem my coupon today. I told the cashier that I was in a hurry and she cut me off to say something to the other lady who was working. Neither one of them knew about the coupon, they discussed it for a couple minutes as I’m standing there just wishing they would hurry up. Then, she doesn’t know how to ring it in, so she’s gotta call the other girl over to check. Then she goes to make the sandwich, but before that, she had to package some meat up first. I’m ready to scream at this point and just tell her to please hurry. I needed extra sauce, so she said it was a dollar. I put the dollar on the counter and I can see my order ready, it just needed a bag but of course she needed to ring in the extra sauce first before she handed me my order.

Used to love it, but this “Adrien” lady has taken over. Yells at customers. Has a list of banned doordashers “she” doesn’t like. She might have given me the wrong name. Loud older large black woman says she’s the “GM”, but I have a feeling that’s just because nobody will work with her except the three people left there she bosses around. Needs to go!

The pork barbecue sandwich was pretty small and was so greasy that it soaked through the wrapper and the bag. I assume it was from overly buttering the bread. We also ordered a potato with brisket. It didn’t have an abundance of meat on it, but it was good.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I ordered online and got the 2 two meat plate special. We ordered pulled pork, ribs, chicken and smoked sausage for the meats. For the sides, we ordered 2 orders of potato salad, beans, and fried okra.

The mac and cheese was delicious. The ball fork tastes delicious they let you put the barbecue on yourself. The barbecue taste like it’s homemade. The waffle fries were cooked perfectly. The roll was one of the best rolls I’ve had in a while. The chicken tenders were fried perfectly. The staff was kind and understanding when I made a mistake.

This was the worse Dickeys experience I’ve ever had at this Dickeys. The baked beans sauce they were in was so dark and tasted horrible , the meat (brisket) not chopped was mostly burnt fat ends and the middle was like mush , the roll was so hard . I’ve eaten at this location before but it was not like this . This should not have been served , I just hate I didn’t check b4 I left , I was heading back to La. And already too far down the road , very disappointing
