Dickeys has a variety of different bbq options and free ice cream with your meal. They are at their best every bit of ok. I generally the few times I dealt with Dickeys was having them out of a pure wish for bbq on a bbq holiday but unfortunately I had to work so we decided to get Dickeys as they were the only bbq place nearby and open. I can say truthfully though the bbq was not terrible it was not great either as a matter of fact I’ll say the ice cream was the best part of the meal. Prices are acceptable. Atmosphere is okay and customer service was good.

Service was bad, ribs were old brisket was old.Overall a 1 out of 10. This female was very rude, had a nasty attitude. I told her I didn’t want the end piece of the rib, she took it off the plate and threw it, saying it was extra anyway. The food was not fresh. Just thrown together. I asked the female at the register what the young lady name. She said Des like she didn’t want to tell me. I asked was a manager there, she said yes. But never went and got her. I spent $ 18 on this old food and bad service. I will not over look this, something needs to be done!

I placed an order for pickup and was very disappointed in the results. I ordered 3 plates all with different meats and sides. I followed the online format for this thinking that I was doing it correctly. When my brother picked up our food, he realized that it had been sitting in their “hot box” for who know how long. We asked for sauce but there was none. We asked for texas toast, we go flat tasteless rolls. In short, we’ll be going to Full Moon next time.

Worst customer service by the manager on duty! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager on duty on the evening of 9/11 had the nastiest attitude and poorest customer service. When I stated that I was thinking about spending my money somewhere else she said that I should. She would not honor the “Kids Eat Free” deal stating that I had to order something with meat on it, which we ordered the Fritos Pie Stack which has chopped beef brisket piled on top. When I stated that what we ordered had meat on it, she said that it must cost $12 which it did not. I pointed to the Kids Eat Free sign taped on the wall by the order station and told her that is not listed. She said it didn’t matter even though we followed everything else on there. We informed the person we placed the order with that we were ordering kids meals for the Kids Eat Free deal. He didn’t say at any point that we had to order anything other than what we ordered which was the Fritos Pie Stack. She said she would not honor the deal posted and said I could call Corporate to complain if I wanted to but wouldn’t give me her name. She said she had no name so I took her picture. As you can see, she looks pretty happy about turning customers away. I’m not sure if she was upset about how much they messed up the persons order in front us and was taking out on us or if this is the usual customer service she provides.

Order the 2 meat combo and I can say this location has changed. The portions were smaller and I was given my food in plastic bags- no brown bags with the Dickeys logo. Also my pie was small and wrapped up in plastic vs in a pie plastic container. I see the business is cutting costs while the price of the meals are increasing . I won’t be returning

It was one thing that my order arrived 20 minutes later than expected. It was another thing that it was completely incorrect. Look at what I ordered and look at what I received.
I tried to be open minded as mistakes happen but with over ten calls made to the restaurant with negative results of speaking to a Manager is a problem.
Several times they would answer the telephone and not say anything then hang up. I could hear them talking and joking in the background.
Now the telephone is off of the hook and the recording says that there’s no messaging option.
This is the absolute worse experience that I’ve ever had with them and my last time patronizing this chain.

Innovative Generation
I ordered 2 baked potatoes today 3/25 when the young lady suggested that I wait just a couple of more minutes so the potatoes would soften more, just enough to soak in all the flavors. Well!! it was worth the minutes. My order was delicious and hot. The two ladies there today were very friendly and pleasant. Reminding me of back home in Dallas TX. I definitely recommend this location especially with these two ladies Cooking

This is the absolute worst location and should be permanently closed. On Saturday, May 17, I went there withy family to grab dinner. There were three workers behind the counter. We stood there, two feet in front of them, while they completely ignored us. They did even bother to say anything, like, sorry about the wait we will be with you shortly. This was the third and last time I visit this doomed location. The first two times, service was crappy, but this one tops them all. We ended up turning around and leaving and none of the employees cared to ask why we were leaving. They simply see the customer as a burden and actually earning their paycheck is apparently asking too much of them. Again, this location should be permanently closed and the employees don’t deserve another job opportunity.

Have actually avoided going to this location for a few months just due to previous poor customer service and food. However, we decided to give it another go Saturday, October 5th around noon. The associates working were fantastic. They were all very nice and cordial and actually carried on conversations with us. Additionally, we both got the brisket sandwich, and it was hot with plenty of meat on the bun and the sides were hot as well. Definitely hope to have experiences like this in the future at this location!
