Worst customer service by the manager on duty! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager on duty on the evening of 9/11 had the nastiest attitude and poorest customer service. When I stated that I was thinking about spending my money somewhere else she said that I should. She would not honor the “Kids Eat Free” deal stating that I had to order something with meat on it, which we ordered the Fritos Pie Stack which has chopped beef brisket piled on top. When I stated that what we ordered had meat on it, she said that it must cost $12 which it did not. I pointed to the Kids Eat Free sign taped on the wall by the order station and told her that is not listed. She said it didn’t matter even though we followed everything else on there. We informed the person we placed the order with that we were ordering kids meals for the Kids Eat Free deal. He didn’t say at any point that we had to order anything other than what we ordered which was the Fritos Pie Stack. She said she would not honor the deal posted and said I could call Corporate to complain if I wanted to but wouldn’t give me her name. She said she had no name so I took her picture. As you can see, she looks pretty happy about turning customers away. I’m not sure if she was upset about how much they messed up the persons order in front us and was taking out on us or if this is the usual customer service she provides.

I wish I’d read the comments before ordering food. Yes. The meat tastes really good but the fries were pale and undercooked, we paid extra for a Hawaiian roll and instead received a hard dinner roll, and I’ll never order delivery again. I ordered on their website. The delivery showed up missing the chicken wings we ordered for our daughter. Called the store and all they could do was refund it. I have never ordered delivery before where a restaurant refused to redeliver what they forgot.

When you call the store, they do not answer phone. I have been trying to place an order since yesterday evening and cannot reach anyone there on number listed. App is apparently malfunctioning and will not complete orders for offered local delivery, nor pick up. Still trying and still getting failure messages at checkout. Tried several credit cards thinking it was an error with HOLD, as it says, but surely debit cards wouldn’t get message, but they do!!!! Guess I will email them and order somewhere else from now on. This isn’t first time we have had problems.

Went today with my husband and kids, and one of the young ladies that fixed our food had a terrible attitude and she was very rude. She constantly rolled her eyes and acted like she did not wanna be there. When we asked her a question she got smart with us. She made us feel very uncomfortable. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was the one fixing the meats. I don’t care how good the food is if your customer service is terrible I definitely will not be going back. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Great food and service, but I don’t understand why places like this turn their televisions on politically incendiary programming. Why? You know a few of us here in the Deep South have Democratic values, like the inherent worth of all human beings. I don’t want to watch programming that mocks my values while I eat lunch. I see this all the time with restaurants and hotels. Why offend half your patrons when you could just put espn on tv?

The food was ok. It was nothing spectacular. I ordered for a family of 10 and the ribs were dry, the wings were fried to a crisp. Some were edible and some were so hard, the chicken was like the bone. The sides were ok. This was my second time eating here. The food wasn’t as bad the first time around. It wasn’t good this second time. My kids did like the macaroni. Maybe I will try again and see if it’s better.
