Not our first Dickies experience but first at this location. Maybe because we came at an off time (3:00pm) but the food just didn’t taste fresh. Jalapeño Sausage was very dry. Bread was stale. For the price, you’re better off making BBQ at home in your oven.

I needed two large sides, a cole slaw and a baked beans. They didn’t have large cups so they gave me two individual sizes portions. The employee literally barely put anything in either of the very small containers. It was less than a child portion. And the cost with a 20% coupon and military discount was still $11. I was embarrassed for them, and there was not one customer in the restaurant. Now I see why. I will not be back.

Decided to order from here for lunch with my husband, I got the 3 meat platter just for me to still be starving after… portion sizes are small. I ordered a salad as a side and it was 4 pieces of spring mix… nothing else not even dressing. Brisket slices were dry, the chicken and pulled pork tasted okay but also dry. The garlic bread they give you was legit a HALF OF A SLICE OF GARLIC bread i swear it took me a minute to figure out what it even was!!! Literally a 2 x 2 inch piece of crusty hard bread, who legit cuts a garlic bread in half and only gives you a 2 bite piece… prices NOT worth it at all!! I get bigger portion sizes at busch gardens…. needless to say we wont be ordering here again.

This was the nastiest ribs I ever had in my life. They were burnt and old. It looked like their ribs are about three days old, and they just kept reusing the same ribs. The coleslaw was trash. It tasted like it was uncovered in a fridge for about four days, old, slimy nasty food. I went to pay for the food and it automatically charged a tip. This place is truly the worst place I’ve ever been at in my life and got ribs. I’ve had bad really bad but this this is what the worst.

We visited this location of Dickey’s to redeem a coupon, but were informed that it could not be honored because the store is only reimbursed for the food, not labor costs. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and place an order.
We ordered ribs and a sandwich. While the sandwich was acceptable, the ribs were overcooked, dry, and burnt. Additionally, when I used the restroom before leaving, it was not properly maintained and lacked basic supplies such as toilet paper.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations in terms of food quality or cleanliness.

I am extremely blessed and grateful for the amazing staff at Dickey’s! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family and could feel the love and care that the stunning Ms. K and her associate cooking (apologies but his name escapes me) showed to me and I’m sure all of their cherished customers. The BBQ was outstanding, my personal favorite being the cheddar jalapeno sausage. Thank y’all for serving the community and sharing God’s love with everyone you deserve. God bless you all!

Im leaving this in hopes it reaches the right people. My wife already got a refund on door dash etc. We are avid bbq fans the wife said brisket was rock hard definitely didnt pass the bend test. Portions were small wr also did the 3 meat combo expect way more super small sides and portions. We do allot of 3 meat combos when we go out and tend to have leftovers but this barely could feed one(we are also both smaller people especially on food consumption side)Pulled pork wad ok a little dry but best part of the meal meat wise. the turkey was fairly juicy but unfortunately a 100% dirty smoke. Side were bothe awesome though would probably try again hoping it was an off night.

I got the brisket sandwich and a spicy bbq fried chicken sandwich. The brisket was dry as sand and the chicken sandwich barely had any meat mostly breading. I asked for spicy bbq sauce on the sandwich and got buffalo. On the menu it says $0 to make your sandwich “Texas style” which is extra meat but staff says it’s incorrect. Worst brisket I’ve ever had and it was cold.
Was packed in the place and took me 40 minutes to get my food. Only two people working and both were overwhelmed.

Having lunch in Riverview. The restaurant was clean with enough seating for a small crowd. The potato was perfectly cooked. The brisket is tender, the bacon is salty and firm yet chewy, and the other toppings bring it all together. I highly recommend the Giant Baker with Meat.
