We had the most amazing experience here. The service was top notice. The gentlemen were extremely friendly and courteous. The food was over the top. The flavor was amazing and the brisket was smoked to perfection. The bbq sauce complimented the brisket and wings so well. Lastly, everything we ordered was fresh and hot. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service i ordered a large order $100 in food for a business meeting they did not get a single burger correct didnt recieve fries or brownies or drinks we ordered. Called to ask managment about the order messup was met with hostility called a liar about my order i would not recommend this place ever also will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the health department EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst food that I have eaten at a Dickey’s establishment. The service was basic and subpar. When I complained to the staff one of them smiled and agreed. The other one didn’t say a word. Some food was hot and the other was cold. The Dickey’s at US41 and Cortez runs circles around this one. Either pick up the pace or shut down. I even watched other patrons walk out with half eaten plates. Shame on the manager and staff to let this happen.

Extremely underwhelming and overpriced.
We ordered two 2-meat platters, one with brisket and pulled pork and one with brisket and turkey. All of the meat was nearly flavorless and had ZERO seasoning. The Mac and cheese tasted like it came out of the frozen section, and the fried okra was not crunchy. The only thing seasoned was the fries, however they were pretty floppy. We also got the Blondie/brownie for dessert, which had the texture and flavor or a cosmic brownie. The bread that came with our meals was literally just a slice of bread and not toasted. And all of this was $32 with a 20% discount! Don’t even bother trying to eat food from here.

I ordered food to be delivered by DoorDash. And it came with no bbq sauce and the meat is sooo dry. I don’t think I’m getting a refund. And I can’t get one through the restaurant. Now I am short $30 and have to go to Publix and get dinner after 2 overnight shifts. I’m so upset. I feel cheated out of my money. I will not order from here again. This place really went downhill in the last 10 years. So sad.

The nice woman at the window was so understanding and helpful when I asked if I could have an original chicken sandwich remade because I didn’t know it came with sauce on it. Everything was quick, but fresh and tasted amazing.

So up until now I’d thought Dickeys was fine as a fill in in Florida where a lot of BBQ is really mid. However this meal was my first time getting dickeys from this location. The meat was cold when I picked it up 10 minutes after ordering, they got my soda wrong, and finally this was the Texas toast I paid a dollar extra for per piece… 1 star
