If I could put zero stars I would. This place is terrible, no menu, no POS system, they didn’t even know what a half rack of ribs was. Ordered brisket, pull pork and wings(the wings came with no sauce even when i ordered Buffalo) and everything had ZERO taste. They probably use store bought BBQ sauce, and the location smelled like miso soup on the inside. I have no explanation as to how it could possibly have such a weird smell. Even the pulled pork tasted how the location smelled. Theres no kitchen, no prep area, and to top of it off theres not even a single chair to wait for your food even less a table. Will NEVER return, they should definitely just close this location and never try again.

My husband and I have been fans of Dickies BBQ for years! We even signed our marriage certificate at a dickies bbq in Virginia. We were so excited when we googled BBQ and found this place, we were expecting the same quality as all their other locations. This is not a legitimate dickies bbq. They advertise on the dickies BBQ website that this is a legit location but it’s not. It’s in a row of town houses, we walked up to it and the door was unlocked. The worker unlocked the door for us and we tried to communicate but my husband and I don’t speak Spanish. There was a counter with no menu, and behind the counter was a sectional couch. It was almost as if they live there. It was the strangest experience I’ve ever had! It got my hopes up to shoot them down. From what I can tell they must receive the food from dickies frozen then heat it up. There were no smokers, or prep areas from what I could see. Don’t go here!

Ordered from here using UberEats and it was by far the worse BBQ I’ve had. The order had none of the sauces requested, they forgot the Texas toast, the portion of the sides were an embarrassment, and the meal itself was not good. How is this place still open? Avoid ordering from here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from their website and the delivery person called me saying it was closed, of course after they took my money. Also, every time I call the number to demand my money back it says it’s disconnected. Don’t order from here, they are seemingly crooks taking people’s hard earned money.

Placed an order and when I went to pick it up, the place looked abandoned. Someone came out and told me the power was down and that the order would be refunded. It wasn’t. I called again and they said they would fix it. They didn’t. Had to file a dispute with my credit card.
