UPDATE: Went here on 3.17.23 and this location was closed. There’s an eviction notice on the door.
The food was good and ordering pick up online was easy, but they were out of sausage so I had to order something else when I arrived and when I got home, I noticed that they forgot to include the dinner rolls and gave me mashed potatoes instead of potato salad. The portions were small too. I have been to other locations and love this brand, but this may be the last time I order from this location.

What a joke. Ordered online, said it would be ready for pickup at 8:00PM. Got there at 7:50, and waited until 8:30. None of the employees even so much as looked at me while I waited at the counter. Several other people came in while I was there and walked out without getting food too, so at least it wasn’t just me getting ignored. Oh, and top of that, the kitchen looked like someone had dropped a bomb back there. Sauce on the walls, open jars scattered all over… Reading the other reviews, I’m starting to think I got lucky that I didn’t even get any of the food.

Went there last night (Friday night) around 7:30 pm looking forward for some BBQ. Place was empty. When we were getting ready to order, the person at the counter told us they were out of ribs and all chicken. How can a BBQ place survive if they are out of their main menu items on a Friday night? Unfortunately, this place won’t last on Miracle Mile. I give them two months.

What a bad experience! I order through their website twice. First time, they never updated that the food was ready to pick up. Second time, they took my order and my money and when we arrived they told us that they ran out of food and that they were closing! Not even an apology or a heads up phone call or at least a refund. In 2022 a restaurant must have a decent online ordering system. This was the worst and the customer service was just non existent. No food, no refund, no apology, nothing.

I’ve continued to give this place a chance. Because it’s the only texas style bbq place near me but sadly today will be the last time. I am currently in line and they cannot take my payment due to technical difficulties, they asked if I could pay thru Zelle but I only have Venmo.
In the past I’ve witnessed my food being reheated in the microwave which I’m sure happens everywhere but the microwave should probably be out of the customer’s view. So sadly today will be my final time eating at Dickey’s

Glad to realize another local Dickey’s opened up and decided to order some delivered for lunch. Food tasted great, but I had ordered a 1/2lb of Jalapeños chedder kielbasa as part of my order and only got 1/4lb. Called store with no answer so far.
