We placed our order through their website. When we arrived there, the order wasn’t ready and apparently they did not receive it either… the waitress had to rewrite it and pass on to the kitchen. Then when we finally got it and arrived at the office to eat, a lot of items (that we paid for and the ones that were included) were missing… it was expensive if you consider the type of food they are serving and the dishes are very small.
Ps.: the place is inside the wings house, so we were told it’s actually the same place ♀️

I don’t know how hard it is to get an order done. 3 meats and Mac and cheese. Gave them a second chance. Both times they missed meat gave me 2 meats and one time they forgot the Mac then this time the Mac n cheese tasted like cheap box Mac you buy for $1 watery and nasty. Avoid at all cost let them ether learn their lesson and improve the quality of food and service or go out of business. I prefer the second these people should not be serving food they should just stop stealing peoples money and instead close them doors permanently

Got entire order wrong. Received two sides of baked beans instead of baked potato casserole. Missing one side completely. Brisket sandwich didn’t come with cheese. Made Uber driver wait about 30 minutes. This place isn’t a Dickey’s, it’s a ghost kitchen Winghouse. Why even advertise on Uber if you clearly don’t care about the online orders? Manager tried to blame driver for not calling me…. I texted the driver several times asking what delay was and he kept me up to date that manager said 8-12 more minutes. Your ghost kitchen should have just canceled my order completely. When manager said they were out of some things, I even asked if they were completely out of cheese as well. He stated he overlooked that and apologized. Save your time, money, and food and stay away from this place. Small portions, cold food, and completely messed up order.

We ordered six hours ahead of time via GrubHub. 15 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered, Dickey’s cancelled the order and left us scrambling for dinner. AVOID.
