The staff was very nice, but the food and overall experience were disappointing. We drove 45 minutes to eat here, and the potatoes were brown, mushy, and spoiled while the brisket was dry and tough. That’s literally a picture of a baked potato with no bbq sauce or meat… The floor was slimey, and there were dead flies on the window sill, which made the place feel unsanitary. This really raises concerns about food safety and how meals are being handled.

Absolutely disappointed, & disgusted. Ordered online for pick up at store. Will never eat here again. Walked in, worker was outside talking to girlfriend/whatever, floor was slippery/dirty. Immediately see swarm of flies. Kitchen was disgusting, floor had food, counter has flies sitting on the used utensils!!! Where is the owner or the higher ups that care?????? I spent $100 for a family meal, 3 lbs of meats, 4 large sides served in a beverage cup!!!??? 1 little sauce side, missing the 6 Texas toast, but from the place I feel like we didn’t need fly infested toast!!! Leaving the place, the back door was wide opened, writing on the door to keep closed for pest/etc!!! Again, very disappointed!!customers be aware!!!

Ordered through UberEats. First time trying the place. Wanted to get a great Father’s Day meal. Never again. Was supposed to get sliced and chopped brisket and ended up with brisket and chopped chicken (which was terribly dry), the slaw was a bit dry, the brisket sandwich was tiny for $18 and had a small portion of fries. Ordered a big yellow cup drink since the 2 meat plate didn’t come with one. It was $5 for this??? Spent $62 for this. The okra was great but we will never eat here again. Shame because we had high hopes.

It’s my first time eating there.Your establishment was trying to help you with some pointers.But my aunt wouldn’t let me help you with anything.I’m trying to tell you to pay no attention.I’m the one that’s blogs for the Q C. A. awards in charlotte north carolina i really enjoyed my food at your establishmenthat’s what I’m saying I hope to get to come back when I have my vehicle fixed and try more if you’re food and give you some more points on your menu. My advice for you is the hardest oner safe, so you won’t be so backed up and sfour 100. When you get busy, I’m giving you 5 stars. Because your food is excellent. It’s great on saying, a different on my sandwich. I would like to have lettuce tomato on it. And some kind of ayoli sauce on the sandwich and havert cheese is my favorite.You can change up the cheeses instead of sharp cheese but other than that, everything else was delish. In my opinion. Great proportion of chicken, great , proportion of barbecue pork .And if brisket is your number one sale you can make a brisket sandwich on the brioche bun with lettuce and tomatoes and some kind of aollie

I can’t think of anything from here I’ve eater that I haven’t liked. Today I ordered a pulled pork/chicken combo and a pork, rib and jalapeño cheddar sausage combo with baked beans, mac n cheese and okra. Since I don’t eat okra, I can’t testify to that. Very friendly and patient people, especially when you don’t go there often. Give these folks a try.

First time trying & the fries smell and look burnt but they are undercooked & nasty greasy- very obvious the frying grease has not been changed in no telling how long, fries were cooked in old burnt grease, there is also residue from the cooking grease , the slaw smells and looks soured- I’m afraid to eat it. The meat is bland & has no seasoning whatsoever-I’m upset that I spent so much money on this & it’s this terrible- not to mention the facility was extremely dirty, cracks/holes in the walls, dried up food on the walls & ceiling is leaking rain water- not sure how this place is passing any inspection

This is the strangest Dickey’s I’ve ever been to. The owner shared that he runs it how he wants, which is unfortunate since we had a poor experience. We walked into a restaurant full of takeout boxes everywhere and were the only two customers. While table service was provided, we felt rushed and hovered over. The food came out at different times and was of poor quality (greasy, sticky, overcooked). We’ve had good experiences at other locations – it’s disappointing this doesn’t match the standard.

Store was dirty from the entrance to behind the counter. Cashier was unprofessional and was handling food without gloves. She wiped her nose with her hands, did not wash her hands, and proceeded to handle my food. She talked bad about the food and thought it was funny. The containers with the food inside and counters were dirty. Floor was dirty. Table in front of counter had napkins and plastic silverware scattered on top and on floor. Food did not taste good and did not seem fresh. Macaroni was hard noodles and runny. Another customer was supposed to have got back $10 in change, and the cashier said she could only give them back $9.00 as didn’t have enough money in the register. Store needs deep sanitation!

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting!
The bathroom was so gross I gagged many times just to be inside for 5 seconds.
The food i couldn’t eat after the bathroom incident.
It was a weird gas smell coming from the kitchen. Being that is a BBQ place oddly enough there was no BBQ “SMOKE” smell which made me think how is the food being prepared.
I ordered brisket pulled pork baked beans and coleslaw it looked so dry.
The floor was so sticky and dirty im not sure why they have an “A” on the window it should be an “F” and permanently closed down forever
Please beware before eating at this establishment you may have the shits after
So glad I didnt go in the drive thru because I would have ate it and have some type of poisoning
