The driest brisket I’ve ever had in my entire life. Charged me an extra dollar to have it sliced like it was fresh. Tasted days old. Only thing that was actually good was the texas toast

Pictured are the traditional bone in wings, fried okra, pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and a sampling of all the sauces they had. My favorite was their sweet and spicy, I ended up mixing them together. Not pictured are the beans and smoked sausage sandwich. My husband really enjoyed the buns they use for the sandwiches, his favorite sauce for the pulled pork was the vinegar based one. I loved the wings, they were cooked perfectly. Clean dining area, staff is super friendly.

Went in, first time ever, probably last. There was no foot traffic or cars outside, so was curious even open. Went in and greeted immediately where I asked if they were open, she said yes but was slow. Cool, no biggie. Ordered food for me, my wife, and son, came up to $68 then tipped 15%. So we are talking texas roadhouse and outback prices. Food should be great, WRONG. I got a tiny sliver of brisket and little piece of turkey for the 2 meat plate, I was mindblown, my son got the same thing, (mime and his plates pictured) same portion. My wife barely ate hers (pulled pork) because it was not good at all. The mac n cheese was good but tasted like hours old and cold, the baked beans can’t hold a candle to Bush’s you get from a can, green beans tasted out of a can. Food was below subpar at best best. The only saving grace was the staff. The black girl with glasses was an absolute sweet heart and so was her co worker, but she stood out tremendously, which is why I didn’t say anything, I didn’t want to ruin her day knowing it was slow and she probably wasn’t making alot with tips. But my biggest gripe is portion size for the price. You pay that kind of money, you should walk out full….I went home and ate a PB&J.

If I could give a minus review I would. The coleslaw on the sandwich they gave me was maybe a literal pinch. They charged extra for add-ons like slaw and a pickle, despite having no price up that it cost extra. When we confronted them, asked if they could make it right, they said No!! Then they ran to the back of the store and did not come back out until we left. Very rude. I have been a mini restaurants all over the country and most people try to make it right not run and hide. Horrible place. Also, the “meat” we were served was mostly just fat and not meat.

Omg…I have found my new favorite pulled pork sandwich!! I went here, cause I had a coupon. Unfortunately it didn’t work/link never showed for the cashier. I went ahead and order the sandwich anyway, and boy am I glad I did. Not sure what side I wanted, so I ordered fries (not a fan). I’ll try a different side next time. The pulled pork was so tender, but had some crunchy pieces (yummy). The fries are fresh cut, and they were wiggly, the flavor was good just not the texture. I highly recommend you sign up, so you can receive rewards, before you come. I definitely will be back, real soon!!

We had a great experience tonight. We ordered the Brisket Sandwich with baked beans as a side, pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries, 3 kids grilled cheese meals with Mac n cheese and drinks. The meats were full of flavor and very moist. Our kids loved the Mac and Cheese. The restaurant was clean and the manager was nice and brought our food to the table for us. We really enjoyed the food and recommend this BBQ pit if you’re looking in the area for a quick bite. Great BBQ sauce.

Two of us in our party. We were waited on right away by Deana. She’s a wonderful hostess. She took our orders with a smile and really made us feel right at home.
Our orders were both brisquit bbq, baked potato casserole, and baked beans. They loaded up the plates and that was some great BBQ. Our plates were clean when we finished. We look forward to returning there.

Stopped by here because we wanted some Brisket and Barbecue. This was on a Friday and the place was practically empty so prob should of been a sign but anyway we ordered a Brisket Plate (one meat) with potato casserole and a 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket and barbecue for a variety sides were Mac and cheese and brisket chili. After waiting and waiting (she did apologize for the wait) the food was awful (see pics) I dumped almost all of it in the trash even after pouring sauce on it the food was dry and tasted burnt. The Ribs had some hard almost plastic like stuff on it I’m guessing the membrane was still attached? The Chili was water. Not sure if this is normal we don’t eat here much but we won’t be back… waste of money!!!

I’m sorry but I’ve ate here like 4 maybe 5 times at this same location and every single time has been trash!
Last time which was about 3 weeks ago maybe a month my wife and I were not greeted upon walking in or to the service counter to order. Like maybe 5/6 mins standing there then the one of two workers asked if we were ready to order. Then said the other would take the order. Food was dry and tough and also some sort of liquid dripping from the roof INSIDE THE PREP AREA for fixing food…. I should’ve left right when I saw it… way way way overpriced for the quality…. Was empty when we ate in.

Friend told us to try BBQ in NC, so we tried one nearby. A bit like fast food, you ordered and got food quick, the taste is not bad, portion is fine to me.
