Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern is a neighborhood bar that happens to serve high-quality salads, fresh sandwiches, and really, really good tavern-style pizza. There’s also cold Budweiser and a few other choice beers, slushies, some cocktails and some shots, and a totally decent range of natural and organic wines. It might be too dark and is probably too loud. It could be fun. Then again, who knows?

Great outdoor patio and lively environment with outstanding service and beer options. Seated promptly and provided water, appetizers and hospitality. The 2 pizza’s we ordered both came out noticeably BURNT. I mean to say it was charred black on the edges, much of the bottom and the pepperoni on top as well.
We had a great time and enjoyed the pizza that wasn’t burnt but sending out coal charred pizza is an oversight.

Chicago taven style pizza that is very thin with a slight crunch. Pizza was cooked to perfection. The wait times are very long. We waited an hour. The drink menu is a ove average but the draft selection is limited and for my liking poor. We got two large pizzas. The Peppy Boy was delicious but the Cacio E Pepe had way too much grated cheese that over powered the entire pizza. The cracked pepper was nowhere to be found. Parking isn’t easy to find so there is a paid parking garage that offers 1st hour free across the street. Pizza didnt wow me enough to return.

This place has delicious pizza. My son and I went there for lunch today. The food was amazing and the service was great. They serve more than just pizza. They have indoor and a lot of outdoor seating. The food came out really fast and it was so good. The pizzas are made to order, and it was a great dining experience. Brian was our server. He looked after us and was so nice. It was some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Stop in and check them out if you are in the area and are looking for some delicious pizza.

I usually love a thin crust, but this one flopped hard. It got cold quick, no crunch, and no flavor worth talking about. Looks better than it tastes—trust me. For a place calling itself a tavern, they served this pizza with zero heat or heart.

Good crisp, no droop. Light sauce. Fluffy on the top. Like Friday high school cafeteria pizza memories but much better and cooked properly. Appetizer of garlic Parmesan tots was delicious. There was a buttery texture with a hint of Italian parsley to top it off. House made sides of ranch and blue cheese were also top notch. Service was exceptional. Our waitress made sure we were well take care of. I promised to put her name in the review but I don’t know what I did with the receipt, and I spaced out this wonderful young lady’s name. So if she sees this review, she is welcome to let me know so everyone knows. However, this is the kind of place where every person on the wait staff probably nearly as good. But go see her.
My rating: 8.5, that is a solid A, maybe A+. The pizza is not like you’ve ever had, and that is all in a good way. That is the best of its kind. If you like and know pizza, it will floor you in a good way..

One of our favorite pizza places in Nashville. Love the thin crust and little gem salad. Recently had the best dining experience at the bar with bartender, Wheezy. She is incredibly attentive and upbeat. Made our dining experience really enjoyable.

This place is beyond mid tier. I came for the opening and I’ve been back five times. Never again. I’ve only been back because my friends wanted to go. The hipster laissez faire service is insufferable. We get it, your music or art career didn’t work out and you’re trendy but don’t show up to work, TO WORK IN SERVICE if you aren’t happy with yourself. The wings are $2 a piece so thank God they only give you and 8 count. I got a couple of the small sized pizzas, $14 each for a burnt personal pan size piece of dough. Pizza costs nothing to make. My parents had a pizza place, it’s not hard to make a great well priced pie. This place ain’t it. The only good thing I can say about it is the esthetic, but they don’t have a parking lot so unless you reside in wedgewood get your mom to drop you off.

Their patio was amazing, and we could not have asked for a better evening to sit outside. The service was impeccable and constantly were checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. As of now, this is my favorite pizza I’ve had in Nashville. It’s a very thin crust pizza and we tried one of their signature style pies as well as a build your own.

Great little pizza spot! We went during their peak and only had to wait 20 minutes for a party of 2. I ordered a classic cheese pizza, the garlic Parmesan bites (2.5 stars they were kind of oily and the flavor just wasn’t there) and an orange soda. My husband ordered a cheese pizza with onions and a peach soda. I normally like a little more crust and sauce with my pizza but overall, it was pretty good. This place is family friendly and if you sit outside, you can bring a furry friend. There’s free parking across the street which is fantastic for it being in the city. They also offer vegan options. We’ll definitely come back sometime.
