Some proteins do not include the grill such as our tuna and our Vegan Chick’n. I came in skeptical of the flavors, but after trying their OG bowl for the first time, it blew me away. Fantastic place, and the employee that assisted me was kind and eager to help. I went to visit Diced after a while, and let me say it is as good as I remember. I really appreciate how fresh and clean the ingredients are. We live in a day and time where it’s not always easy to eat clean, that’s why I am grateful l that this restaurant exists. It’s very fulfilling and it leaves you very satisfied. It’s great that there are so many options available for eating including yummy desserts, tasty smoothies and drinks are all really good. These are great options for those who have food allergies or special dietary needs. Someone can enjoy r

I’ve just started going here, never had it before and now I’ve been at least 5 or 6 times in the last month. The food is really good and really fresh. The staff is pleasant. My only recommendation is remembering to ask for a rewards phone number and knowing that it needs to be inputted before someone pays. I mentioned it and the young lady told me after and then I didn’t get my points, that was the second time. Granted she probably is just unsure where in the process you ask but since I can’t rely on an app to scan my receipt I rely on the employee and I don’t want to be a pest. All in all they’re doing a great job, keep it up.

I ate here last Tuesday afternoon and got a salad with the regular chicken. Everything tasted good except the chicken. Idk it tasted off, to the point where I was avoiding the chicken. Usually it doesn’t taste like that. Also the sauce that they put in the bag wasn’t fully closed so it leaked out. Not a huge deal but pretty inconvenient since I paid extra for one of the sauces.

Really enjoy eating here but what got me to write the review was the customer service of Marcus. After ordering my food to the wrong restaurant he assured to call the other store to have them cancel the order. I truly appreciate the customer service and helping me out with no issue for a mistake I created. Pros: Great looking interior. Food very similar to Pollo Tropico. Decent portion. They don’t drown your food in sauce. Nutritionally sound. No food staff touched their face/hair, forcing me to walk out.

Friendly staff, relaxing environment, a lot of seating for self or group of people. Clean & has a fresh smell with comfortable air conditioning. Quick service, kid friendly, and a great place to mix up your food options. This was also my first time at the restaurant.

First of all place decor looks beautiful compared to the other ones I’ve seen. The Cashier was super nice & was able to help me make my order super easy without feeing rushed. While I waited a staff member went out of his way to offer water to me and to a few other customers that were waiting around.
They all wear masks if that still matters to anyone. But overall really great customer service & the food was deliciouuuussss!
