Went here today for a catering service for rent a center , order was completed on time yet my manager and the catering representative had a conversation about providing a gift card for our raffle for customer appreciation. After 10 minutes of waiting I was told nobody was aware of this . Watched one of the makers fumble the bread and touch them all along her arms. Some weird guy was sitting in the corner on a computer staring at everyone making me and my Co worker incredibly uncomfortable. The food tasted like any sandwhich from bread and meat to the toppings. Not worth the 150 dollars

Came on 17 Feb around noon. The whole staff deserves a shout-out / recognition, but specifically I saw excellent leadership, positive attitudes and crowd expectation management from Garret and Sonnela? This was a busy time with lots of annoyed customers, however the staff kept food orders flowing, maintained composure and showed excellent customer service in the constant interruptions to pushing orders out. The pile up was not a fault in the business, just a nature of a rush time at a popular lunch spot.

I just want to take the time out to recognize Dj he was there 1/22/26 Thursday around 7:40 &8 pm when me and my mother came in there we were greeted Dj was so sweet and kind patient and help us with our order because we have not been before he just all around we’ll mannered hard working employees even made sure my mom had a comfortable seat instead of the closed in seats because my mom is disabled he made the experience so much better please reconsider a recognition or raise for him hard work pays off you guys have a great employee hard worker he’s awesome we didnt even have to get up and get our food he brought it right to us he’s a kind soul working hard to achieve his goals please recognize him of some sort he deserves it alot of people are not kind like him or professional like him professional setting thanks debellas for the great subs

Stopped here for the 1st time, I asked the girl working the register how the lasagna soup was. She responded to me it tastes like microwave soup but is good. That didn’t sound good to me so I passed on the soup. We ordered our subs and proceeded to find a clean table. We noticed an area of clean tables and sat down. A few minutes passed and another young girl brought our food to us and threw the bags onto our table. I thought it was strange but, didn’t worry too much. We began to eat our sandwiches which were very good when the same young girl was mopping near us looked over at us and told us we were sitting in an area that was closed. I told her I was sorry, there wasnt a sign that said that. There was a chair that was in aisle way but I thought someone had forgotten to push chair back. she then told us to go ahead and eat….I WAS upset by this time. Too bad for bad service. we will not be returning.

Wow, what an amazing experience with DiBella’s Subs tonight! I placed my order at 6:36 PM, full of excitement for a good meal… and after a luxurious hour and 9 minutes of waiting, they finally decided to cancel my order at 7:45 PM. Incredible!
Who needs dinner anyway when you can enjoy the thrill of anticipation followed by total disappointment? The suspense was unmatched. Truly, a masterclass in how not to handle customer orders.
Thanks for absolutely nothing, DiBella’s. You’ve really outdone yourselves this time. 0 stars.

I used to come to this location weekly when I was working close by. It was always fantastic and the food was awesome!
I stopped today and was very disappointed. I absolutely do not like ordering at the register, it not welcoming and I personally liked seeing my sandwiches being made and choosing the toppings. I didn’t see the menu for ordering (for topping choices etc.) and was not told the subs come plain unless specified at ordering. Good thing I asked right before I placed my order.
Buffalo Chicken was underwhelming, hardly any meat for the price.
It was disappointing, I probably will not be back to this location.
