This time was a huge FAIL. I ordered a medium sub with turkey & ham. There was a sliver of ham & hardly any turkey. Previous orders from here were great, this time there was barely any meat on the sandwich. I thought this would be my new go-to over jersey Mike’s, but now I don’t think so.

Ordered 5 subs, some macaroni salad, and a bag of 24 mini cookies to go. Everything came out perfect with all selections. My spicy cheesesteak was amazing. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Cookies were amazing! Service was friendly. Love this place. The order was $100, but sandwiches were huge and not bad for filling up 5 people with delicious food! Thanks DiBella’s!

The dining room was absolutely filthy, I had seen a roach crawling on the ground. Not only that but I found hairs PLURAL, in my food. What made it worse is that when pointing it out to what seemed to be the male manager, he had dismissed me and acted as though he had nothing to do with it and overall seemingly didn’t know what he was doing. Absolutely a 0/10 and I would not recommend to anyone.

Had DiBella’s for the first time yesterday, I cannot tell how surprised I was that a chain had delicious and fresh food! Order was packed with care and was ready 5 minutes early. Staff was great and had me in and out 5 minutes early.

Love their sandwiches, probably the best portion sizing around. The bread is always light and fluffy, and the there’s enough meat on it that you don’t just feel like you’re eating bread. I like to get the customized sandwich with turkey, but all their standard sandwiches are pretty tasty.

I’m a long time DiBellas fan, but haven’t been to Blue Ash in quite some time. First, we walk in, no greeting. We come in at peak dinner time and my daughter and I are the only customers. Placing the order was painful. I had to repeat our order, three times…for each sandwich. The food quality was below standard and it took 20 minutes to get our food. AND to top it off, every booth was dirty. Let’s see, no customers, yet no initiative to clean dirty booths. Clearly the employees working tonight are “doing time” just for the paycheck. I feel bad for the owners. A normally great product so poorly represented.

The subs at DiBella’s are far superior to the other sub chains and the setting feels like mid-level sit down restaurant. The bread is fresh and delicious, service is quick and friendly and the prices are reasonable. This sub shop is a winner!
