My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it’s huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn’t really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn’t listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.

Good food but:
No extra cheese ($2.50 add-on missing), “grilled mushrooms” are plain canned mushrooms without any scoring or browning, not really that much BBQ sauce (“smothered in bbq”) as advertised and also the exterior signage and lighting was off at 8:25pm with a closing time of 9pm. Seemed annoyed and ready to get out of there when I observed interaction with the customer before me. Thought it’d be a bit better since it’s a “smaller” chain. Thanks anyways!! Happy I gave it a try but definitely disappointed, won’t be going back. Absolutely not worth $21.49 for a sub. (Large cowboy was 18.99+ $2.50 for “extra” cheese).

For $30 (two sandwiches and two drinks), I wasn’t impressed. I got the American steak melt. The 10″ everything bread. The bread was fine. The sandwich lacked flavor and meat. I wasn’t impressed. My wife got the 7″ chicken Philly. She said it was a very bland sandwich that was skimpy on the meat. She said, “I never want to come back here again.” That about sums it up. Get Go has better subs, and it’s a gas station. Just a side note. When customers walk in, stop cleaning and take their order. Do not make them wait.

It was my first time to DiBellas and the selection was so good I didn’t know what to get. I went with a Turkey Sub! It was outstanding! The bread is like a pretzel bread, but not as dense. The ingredients were fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend trying one of their subs. I can’t wait to go back and try the Meatball Sub!!!

Old time sub shop, I love the vintage decor that shows the story of the restaurant. The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn’t think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I’m one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.

My lady and I tried this for the first time, and it was excellent. Our subs were made to perfection, the atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the service was above and beyond. Receipt said server was Kosta, and that young man deserves recognition. He was courteous and professional. Noting that I have mobility difficulties, he brought our food to our table. We would highly recommend this facility and will return.

Picked up a Metro bus of turkey, roast beef and ham on an everything bun, along with a very expensive specimen cup of lasagna soup. The sub was delicious and filled with quality meats, veggies and cheese. The soup was good, but not $6 for 6 spoonfuls good. A dollar a spoonful is hilarious to think about. They got me this time, but never again. Lol I will go back for the subs though.

Some solid sub sandwiches. Really fresh ingredients coupled with in-house baked bread really elevate the standard sandwich experience. Nice selection of different themed subs, with cold and hot choices.. Or you can just build your own. Ordered the Chicken Philly and was very scrumptious. Grilled chicken was tender and seasoned, provolone melted just right and the sautéed onion/pepper/mushroom brought it all together. There were quite a few tables open but most were not wiped down or clean, not sure if the staff just missed them or they got busy prior? But they were friendly and courteous so Idk! Will have to return to try more out!
