My husband loves this place, and I just don’t get it. This is my second time trying it, and the sub I got today was terrible! First time I tried I think it was a cheese steak maybe, I didn’t care for it. This time I got a meatball sub, and the meatballs were cold. They also forgot the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese that comes on the sub. It was ordered on the app and the cheese is automatically included unless you uncheck the boxes. Probably the worst meatball sub I’ve ever eaten in my life, and there was very little sauce. Also tried the new lasagna soup, and it was actually pretty good.

Ordered a meatball sub twice in the past month. First time it was absolutely dry. Yuck. This last time maybe 1 tbs of sauce for a 10inch sub. Worst part it was absolutely cold. Even inside the meatball itself was cold. I nuked my sandwich for 90 seconds to have something warm and palatable. As a family this was a favorite place for the last year. Nope not anymore.

Spent 60.18 at this location. I asked for onions added to my salad and they were not there. My husband ordered the spicy Italian sausage and to add bacon. The sandwich is 16.49 and to add bacon was another 3.00. The bacon was not on the sandwich it’s suppose to have peppers and onions for both halves there was only a total of 3 peppers total also should had grilled onions there were none. Disappointed. The pics is showing one half and then the other half. Rip off.

I was really contemplating doing this review, and I decided this is very important to do because I have been to two of Di B e l l a’s locations before one was the olentangy location and the other one was near Hamilton in New Albany and I have never had this experience at either one of those locations before Great Food and amazing customer service. I believe this is why I had to write this review because I went to the North High Street location. And to my surprise when I got home and bit down in my sandwich there was something very hard that stuck me in my gum which made me open the sandwich into my surprise It was supposed to be turkey salami and ham as you can see the small piece of turkey, they might as well just gave me the multigrain bun this was so disheartening. This location will never receive my business again.

Other locations seem to be a better experience. Worthington location seems to have irritated staff that just want you out. Don’t you dare ask a question. I can say the subs had enough meat but it was so dry because they barely put condiments / toppings on them. Definitely didn’t seem worth the money.

My salad was not just wilted but rotten oozing brown! Absolutely disgusting! Thinking about calling the health department. They should never sell rotten food. Buyers beware. I took a picture to share but can’t share it?

Best subs. I love the Italian and cheesesteak……those are the only ones I’ve tried lol. Bread is so good. I like it better than Jersey Mikes. Glad I tried it.
