I use this location probably 6-8 times a year. Typically I order online and DiBellas has fine tuned that process to make it pretty intuitive. A little pricier than the competition but the portions are huge. I get 2-3 meals from one large sub. Staff is efficient and friendly.

For starters, Your employee Lynnette runs a tight shot group at this location. I frequent this spot and each and EVERYTIME I’ve entered this establishment I was more than pleased. From keeping the restaurant clean, to customer service. Even the restrooms were very clean. The fountain station was clean, and free from leftover ice and splashes. I usually don’t bring my child with me, this time I did. My child was super happy upon first bite and said, “daddy, that actually is pretty good”. I knew I had a winning sandwich as my child is hard to please. My subs are always made to perfection and I’m overall impressed with prompt service, and how they pay attention to detail and never get my order wrong. If I dropped my food on the table , I’m so satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the establishment, that I’d pick it up and eat it! If you are looking for a great sub parlor, this is your place. Subs are make your own way, or you can get one of their specialties.

Ordered a build your own with 2 meats and requested double corned beef. If that’s double corned beef I’d hate to see what a single portion is. Asked for 2 sauces, sub was drier than the Sahara desert. Pretty sure they didn’t put the sauces on. One of the sauces I asked for was horseradish and I could definitely tell if there was horseradish on it or not, definitely not. The bread is so THICK and SO DRY, I could barely choke it down. This was my first time here, don’t think I’ll be back. Firehouse is KILLING this place.

Pretty disappointing. First time I had ever ordered carry out from them. Never received my food, the delivery person delivered it somewhere else. What was more upsetting Was the customer service after the fact. I was given some arbitrarily corporate number. Had to go through a series of menus and was finally turned over to voicemail, which said they will probably call me back in 2 to 3 days. This is so unacceptable. I have to spend an hour and a half on the phone to get a refund from an order I never received? Will definitely not be dying here ever again.

This is my favorite sub shop. From western NY where these shops started. I go to this location around once a month. I would say the speed of service and some of the staff could’ve been better. Overall though love the bread and the sub. Will go back. Family favorite.

I visited the Tuttle location 12/22/25. A gentleman (and I use the term loosely)because he was irate and quite frankly scary His name was Brian and not only was he yelling at me about where my ticket was he was yelling and berating his coworkers and creating a very toxic environment. I think the other gentlemen’s name is Tre and he was apologizing and tried to rectify the way I was treated. When I voiced my concerns on Brian’s behavior he then was giving me death stares for the duration of my time in the store. I myself am a general manager and he would have been FIRED on the spot. I am a customer I get to leave but the employees there are subject to that daily I’m sure.
And honestly it was a simple fix I just was missing my soup nothing serious happened. Thank you

Everything on the menu is very good and fresh. It may take you a couple of times eating here to figure out what you like the best. Ordering can be a little confusing if they are busy, but it’s worth the effort.

So went here today. Supposed to get $5 off 2 subs coupon. That didn’t work so was over charged $5. To not keep waiting just asked them for 2 side dishes to make up the difference.
Got home and realized they gave me the wrong bread and toppings were wrong too. I will not be going back!

I love this DiBella’s location. It’s my favorite in town. It’s a large spacey location with nice design choices. The food is made very well at this location. The employees have also been exceptionally nice.
