DISGUSTED!!! DO NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE Before bringing a ruler with you and checking your sandwich. You think I’m joking. Look at the photos. I spent $7.50 for a 3 inch sandwich which was supposed to be 5 inch. They additionally forgot to give me the side of pickles. They’re barely was anything inside the roll as well (tuna, or vegetables).
This place has gone downhill completely. The new manager named Tina doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. She even forgot to give me my reward points. I will never go back to this location again. You cannot trust what’s going on here. Especially now that they have their counter completely blocked off like a fortress, so the public can’t see what they’re doing on the other side.
Go elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place. They deserve zero stars not even one.

Every time I come to this location I’m treated very well. The staff is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products. This is my 2nd time ordering at the counter with this very respectful young male employee. He made my sandwich so good the first time that when I came and he wasn’t here I ordered a totally different sandwich. He is definitely a great representation of DiBella’s Subs on Union Road in Cheektowaga, NY. Keep up the amazing work young man!!!!

I was surprised how nice the employees were. 3 different people checked to make sure I was taken care of while my sub was being made. The sub was great but was a bit sloppy when it was put together. Tuna, lettuce and tomato on multigrain roll.
Location was very clean and my order was completed quickly. Happy customer.

This location on Union Rd. Used to be the best in the area.
Union Road – Food is not bad, employees are nice and super helpful (especially May and Eddie). I wish they would carry that spicey aioli sauce all the time. I like that you can have the option of as small as a 5” all the way to 14” sub.
They offer senior and military discounts… they did until this new manager named Tim was hired. AWFUL. He now will only offer one discount so if you are a senior, but also are a veteran, good luck – you only get one or the other – before they would offer you both discounts. This manager must have no previous experience clearly. I asked for a cup of water, instead of giving me a normal cup, he gave me a dixie sized cup of his filthy tap water. Rude as can be. I have updated my rating to reflect how far downhill this place has gone. I will not be returning. Get rid of this manager. They lost a long-term customer for being penny pinching cheap.

Went here with my girlfriend after a long day because we were hungry. This place satisfied us with tasty sandwiches. I got the BLT and she got the Dagwood. The staff will give you lots of options to customize your sandwich. We also got free water. The sandwiches were tasty, but we think they use miracle whip and not mayo. Plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy. They also gave us some coupons for next time. I would go back if I was in the area and needed a sandwich.

Went to Di Bella’s subs place was greatly decorated so impressed with the inside. Great experience from being to the end. Me and my daughter got a 17 inch turkey and ham sub with the regular onion, lettuce and tomato I got pickles and black olives with mayo and my daughter the same but with cucumber and oil my roll was with sesame seeds and my daughter got plain then we moved over to pay then waited for it to be made all the workers we helpful and polite. Then we got home and and pulled out the sub it has so much meat on it and fresh vegetables and a great home baked roll . I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to bite my sub had plenty for tomorrow great experience and meal will be back to try something else they have a great menu

Delicious bread, fresh ingredients. Our last stop in the Buffalo tour we did today. We ate a portion of each sub in the restaurant, and are taking the rest home for dinner. Their subs remind me a lot of a few places back home in CT (although we call them grinders ). To me, bread is one of the most important parts of a sub. If the bread sucks, the whole thing is ruined for me. Their bread is chewy on the inside, crusty on the outside.. a perfect sub bread. I got the “Godfather” which was salami, capicola, and spicy ham. There was a stack of meat and an equal amount of toppings, nice proportions for a bit with everything in it. The steak and cheese we ordered ended up being on the wrong bread which was a bit disappointing. We also thought it could use a bit more mayonnaise (if you’re into mayo on a steak n cheese). We really liked the decor in there, very “50s diner” style. Thanks for some great food, Buffalo! See you soon!

Best subs you can get hands down. They have the same supplier as Wegmans, but idk how, they’re subs are soooo much better than Wegmans. They must do something different. They’re about twice the size of a subway sub. Meat is always fresh and you can taste the difference. Pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, onions and lettuce are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly, have never had an issue. Was hard to hear them with the masks and plastic boards. Other than that another great experience. Wishing they’d expand down south, they’d blow away the competition.
