ordered a sub and the third bite in i felt something hard as i bit down on my sandwich and pulled it out it was a dime size piece of hard Black plastic in my sandwich. My mouth is now in pain and I’m pretty sure it cracked a filling on my tooth. I went up to the registers and talked to an Assistant manager and said she didn’t know what it was and that there was nothing in the restaurant that was that kind of plastic. I got my money back, but the whole situation was incredibly infuriating. I did not eat the rest of my sandwich, but then as I dug through my sandwich, I began to find more pieces of plastic. this was honestly such a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back here again.

EDIT: Management needs to stop leaving the teams there unsupervised. We went there a couple weeks ago at night and the working team was not wearing any hairnets. Their hair was everywhere! The guy working the grill, his pants were hanging and his whole derriere was showing. Unprofessional.
OG post: Place to get a nice sub. Better quality than the big chains. Good bread. Customer Service is fine. I’ve never felt disrespected or anything. Four Stars because if you get a hefty sandwich (with all KINDS of ingredients) it may mess up your stomach but that’s really it. I get a turkey sandwich and I am good to go!

Have been a customer for years and my last few visits have been declining. I get the 5 same subs every time the same way….my last visit, I asked for double meat as always and only 2 were and asked for heavy vegetables as always, so little this time and my husband said some requested as always were not on his. It’s a tiny trek so I did not go back, but so disappointed. The staff was great as always but when spending over a hundred bucks each time you expect more and I don’t know how much more I can spell it out for them. May give it one more try and will move on if need be!

My Daughter graduated yesterday (Mother’s Day) from WCSU. To say that it was a very special day would be an understatement. I decided I wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible, I did not want to cook nor did I want to be rushed out of a restaurant because of the holiday. I wanted to enjoy my guests and my daughter’s achievement without time limits or oven timers. After seeing a friend’s post recommending DiBella’s Catering, I immediately went to the website to see what their catering menu offered. I was instantly interested and called Destiny to help me customize one of their packages to our needs. Not only was she knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and offer suggestions, she helped me put together an incredible menu with as much enthusiasm as I had. When my son arrived to pick up our order, it was ready, fresh, beautifully presented and all set for transport. Everything was absolutely delicious from the salads to the cookies! Our guests LOVED everything and I had no problem giving them Destiny’s contact info for their future catering needs when asked. I know I will be calling her again myself. Thank you Destiny and DiBella’s for allowing me to enjoy one of the most special Mother’s Day ever.

Very saddened by today’s experience. Went in for two veggie subs and barely any veggies on them. I’m pretty much eating bread. Not worth the $11 these things cost. Can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon.

I was accused of stealing cookies and a bag of chips after I had made a purchase. When I got up to leave after finishing my meal, I went up to the counter and asked for a bag to take home my cookies and other sub I had purchased, when an employee accused me of stealing the cookies and, of stealing a bag of chips that I ate with my meal.

In my opinion, DiBella’s is easily the best out of all the chain sub places around the area. I usually always get either the godfather Italian combo or roast beef with turkey but decided to try their steak and cheese instead. Definitely not bad, just wish they’d given me the correct type of bread! And the oatmeal raisin cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had too.
