My wife and I went there in December 2025. We were looking to get a couple of hamburgers. The menu said build your own burger $10.50. We ordered two burgers with two glasses of water. When I asked for the bill was $35.30. I asked the woman at the counter to explain the bill to me because the math didn’t add up. She said that for the tomatoes and peppers we added that was a $1 each even though they were listed with the burgers what no price next to them. I was also told that the water was $4 a bottle. She didn’t service us bottled water. What she brought out was two plastic cups of water. The food was mediocre at best. The service was less than that. Save your money and go anywhere but to Diana’s Cafe in Eunice NM.

I ordered the Deluxe Mexican Plate. It comes with enchiladas, chili rejano, tacos, rice, beans, chips & salsa and guacamole. It’s a Good combo if you’re not sure what you want. Always fast & friendly service. I would definitely recommend Dianas Mexican Cafe.

Walked in to get a bite, currently not a local as I was doing a delivery for dollar general, I had time to eat and this place was the only thing opened around. Good food and good service! I ordered the chicken fajita and it came with rice,beans,guacamole and salad and I got to say everything was good! Definitely will come back when I’m around!

Usually it’s decent, but not to many places to really choose from In Eunice. Lately though, the Asado, or red Chile pork, has been super greasy and taste as if it has been in the refrigerator for several days. The plate I ordered today, the only thing that tasted fresh was the eggs, and that was a plus especially knowing how expensive eggs are now.

Service was bad due to restaurant being short staffed which was understood..Salsa was flavorless. Ordered the Carne guisada plate with 2 eggs..Carne guisada liked flavor and hardly had any meat and appeared like brown gravy mixed with a couple small pieces of beef.I’d have to give them credit for the 2 eggs they were ok..most likely or hopefully it’s not Always like this but luckily I won’t be returning.

The prices are really reasonable. You get a lot of food for the money. Consistent, good food with lots of traditional Mexican options and a few TexMex. If it gets really busy the service does suffer as they usually only have 1 waitress.
