Stopped in for an early dinner on 1/18 after the Auto Show. Easy parking and was seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and offered impeccable service. We started with the Fried Feta and if licking the plate was socially acceptable, I would have done that 🙂 I got the Grilled Chicken Ciabatta with onion rings. They make their onion rings in-house and in my opinion, these were the best I have ever had. Chicken was well seasoned and very juicy. The hubby got the KFC Korean Marinated Fried
Chicken and he said it was extremely good. One thing we both really appreciated was the portions. Serving them on smaller plates allows for what a true portion should be. In general, the restaurant was quite clean, including the bathrooms which is always nice to see in any establishment. Will definitely be back.

We met some friends at Diamond Jim Brady’s in Novi and had a really great night. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. It has that perfect balance — lively enough to feel fun and energetic, but still comfortable enough to relax and actually enjoy conversation at the table. It’s a great setting whether you’re catching up with friends or just looking for a solid night out.
The food did not disappoint. The fish was excellent — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Everything came out hot and well-prepared, and the overall quality really stood out.
Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable. It’s definitely a place we’d come back to, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the Novi area looking for a dependable spot with great food and a great vibe.

Went here with my husband for date night because it’s been on our list to check out & we loved it. The service is amazing. Several people waited on us, and several servers even said bye to us on the way out. You don’t get that too often at restaurants these days, and it made our overall experience even more valuable and lovely. Our waitress was Mo (or Moe, not sure how she spelled it). She was so patient, attentive, & willing to explore & suggest menu options with us. Anything can be modified, which opened up the whole menu to us in terms of being able to choose different protein options. Our waters were never empty (though, perhaps had too many glasses sometimes, lol, but I love the hydration). Our bellys were full. And our hearts left even fuller. We did not have room for dessert, but it’s definitely gonna be in our rotation of restaurants. If you’re looking for a cool place to eat out, add this one to your list.
P.S. we got the Tony’s Pasta with salmon & it was 10/10.

Tight seating, dark for reading menu, good food (buttery buns starter was tasty! Dip into excess!), it gets loud with everyone talking, service is good but do not expect too fast, one needs to try Diamond Jim’s.

My wife has Celiac and it is tough to find restaurants that can accommodate her gluten allergy with a wide variety of options. DJB can! We had Moe as our server and she went above and beyond with her knowledge of what could be safely served. The food was amazing too! We had the prosciutto flatbread as an appetizer based on her suggestion with the cauliflower GF crust. So good!! For the main course my wife had the salmon and Moe made sure to confirm that the soy glaze was indeed GF. I do not have a gluten allergy so I had the fish and chips with house made onion rings. So good! If you are looking for an upscale restaurant in Novi that can accommodate someone with Celiac, this is where you want yo be!

Moe (Mo?) was so lovely. And the patio seating was very cozy (but can get quite toasty).
We ordered the mushroom pâté as well as the smoked whitefish spread to start and both were so delicious. I would order both again; however, I would ask for only one portion of the crackers.
The st patty’s special of the Rainbow trout was divine. So much depth of flavor. Brava!

This was our first visit. We were seated on the makeshift outdoor seating area. It would’ve been nice to have been asked if we wanted to freeze our feet while our heads alternated between too hot when the heat was on to chilly when the heat was off. Food was okay as was the service. Atmosphere? You must be joking! We were lucky enough to be able to see a table that was inside. It was a miserable experience.

We went on 1/3/25. The food was delicious . This was my 2nd time here & it didn’t disappoint. 1st time was on 11/7/23 & I had the Bistro Salmon & Meatballs for appetizer & enjoyed them both! This time I had 1 of the chicken specials (that was only available for 2 days) & I can’t remember what this chicken dish was called but it was Delicious . It tasted like a Chicken Pot Pie mixed with Chicken Noodle Soup but in solid form. This was the best, especially on a cold winter’s day. Also, for appetizer, had the Figgy Piggy flatbread & the flavors were insanely good. This will be my go to appetizer everytime I go here . The rolls were good too. The other dish is the Steak Diane which was good as well, wasn’t quite my taste though because of mushrooms & the Brandy-Demi glaze but if you like those flavors you’ll love it as it was tender & juicy. Next time the plan is to order the Coulotte Steak (I was going to order that this last time but happily didn’t want to miss the special). I didn’t care for the caesar salad though as it was a little bitter (which may in partly be due to them likely using actual anchovies for the dressing – I made sure to have them not include them in the salad but I think it’s in the dressing & that’s why it tasted a lil bitter to me). The vibe of this restaurant is a grown, calm, & chill spot for a nice date night & also suitable for family dinner as well (very well-rounded).

Great place,food and atmosphere. Went here with my wife for lunch at 2 pm. Place was some what suprizingly busy. We both had selection from the bistro menu that were reasonably priced well portioned and tasty. She got the pork bowl I got the scallops. Service was excellent, warm and attentive. Its had been about 5 years since I last died here although my wife goes her often for lunch. Now I see why. The new owners have done a great job continuing on with the whole ambiance of the place. I will be a frequent diner here in the future

Come here if you want a unique experience for an upscale lunch. This is a great little place with an interesting atmosphere. The menu is very different; there are a lot of original ideas (along with some classics)! Everything I’ve had here has been delicious and beautifully plated.
Bistro is definitely the right word to describe the atmosphere and layout. Tables are tightly packed and you might feel very cozy with your neighbor. They also have some outdoor seating. The staff is top notch; they made us feel very welcome!
