Ate there last year (June ’24) and enjoyed it! Decided to go there today (Oct ’25) because we were in town again. The reviews were questionable when I checked this time, but we decided to go anyway…
We were glad we did! The food was fresh and tasty, with a good variety! We were happy we went ahead and went. The price is affordable and we ate our fill.
The workers were nice, but the only complaint was that where we were sitting, the workers kept standing sorta behind us talking back and forth to each other, makes you wonder if they are talking about the customers since they weren’t speaking English

I grew up eating with my family at this restaurant and was until now my favorite Asian food around. However after eating there today for the 1st time in years (because I moved out of the area) I was very highly disappointed. The food was either bland and flavorless, near rotten for a couple of dishes, and cold as well. I’m sad to say goodbye to my old childhood favorite, but am because I am not happy with the food. The service was very good However and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

Just moved to the area from Colorado and they have the buffet back there best. The quality of the food is high comparatively and everything was cooked well. I was surprised to find they had so many of my favorites. The chicken on the stock was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the seats comfortable. It’s small so it was noisy. Definitely recommend!

We haven’t eaten at a buffet since covid, but we finally decided to take the buffet plunge. This place was very clean and staff was wearing masks. Clean plate procedure was clearly marked and arrows indicting which direction to walk was also well defined. I honestly felt more comfortable than I was anticipating.
Food was delicious and staff friendly. Egg rolls & crab rangoons are, to me, best in town. I did wish they had a bit more sushi to choose from, but what they had was decent.
Restaurant has plenty of seating and parking, but can be very crowded during busy times (nights & weekends). We went mid week, early afternoon, and it was pleasant.
We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Welcome to Diamond Head chinese resturant, where the food is questionable and the service is worse. I went with my family today and was lucky enough to find a maggot in my brother in laws food, our very own +1! To their credit the thing was dead but it was still on his plate… in his food… that he ate. After we found it we informed them. They offered to remove him from the bill. Just him. We still had to pay $65 for the rest of the party. I happliy annouced the wonderful experience to the restaurant. We won’t be returning.

After showing property today I was hungry so thought I’d give DH a try, I hadn’t eaten there in years. I don’t like to give bad review but…I must have got the wrong thing or my taste buds were off but the crab rangoon was not tasty at all, the rice was ok, honestly it was the best part. The pepper chicken was tiny bits of chicken with a couple of tiny onions and peppers. It didn’t taste fresh, more like leftovers warmed up. I thought it would be fresh since it was the special today. I generally love Chinese food but that definitely didn’t make me want to return.

Went there at 4 pm and was worried about the food being leftover from lunch but they put small amounts out at a time so it was pretty fresh.You can’t go wrong with all you can eat crawfish and frog legs.Rhe staff was extremely nice and on top of taking care of us We will definitely be going there a couple times a month

This Chinese buffet offered here is average, with a limited variety of food options. The taste of the dishes is satisfactory at best, not particularly outstanding. Interestingly, the regular menu items tend to have better flavors compared to the offerings at the buffet. Don’t expect much here.

The server was great… however a lot of the food was cold right off the buffet and there was a hair in my mushrooms. I was also sick the entire next day. I have been coming here since I was a kid and its definitely not as good as it used to be.
