I just spent over $100 on my food and everything is ice cold. I literally live 2-3 minutes from the store and have gotten food from here plenty of times with no problems. However, tonight everything was subpar at best

I guess there’s new staff or something, because I’m usually greeted and receive friendly service and come frequently. I didn’t recognize the new faces but when I walked in they just looked at me like I was crazy, as if they didn’t want to do their job today or upset they had a customer, because I was the only one in there at that moment. They were out of a lot of ingredients I requested (I came at noon so they weren’t open that long to be out of anything). Food was edible but none of the ingredients were fresh. Kind of disappointed because I love diablos but will probably avoid this location moving forward.

speaker on drive through wasn’t working , no service at the next window. went inside for service and it wasn’t up to expectations. good portions VERY low for $20. every experience there hasn’t been the best. no phone answer either

I have been to this location both by use of drive thru and walk in, though today was actually different.
I walked in yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Nigeria, who made my order. She was courteous and professional while making my order exactly as I asked for it to be made. Mr. Jasir then took over to finish my food. He himself was a polite, courteous and professional.
These two young individuals were refreshing, positive, and warm to interact with.

Disgusting was cold and flavorless,I also paid for extra steak and got nothing but rice and barely anything else. No cheese sauce nothing . Also ordered a kids chicken Casadilla and look at this mess . NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE, cause how do you give chips with no salsa at that .

Why are my portions so small at this location??? I usually visit the Walton Way location and am satisfied with my portions. But at this location, they gave me one small scoop of chicken and when I asked for more, they said it would be 2.75 extra. What! You barely gave me enough. I said my portions are usually bigger than this. If I order a chicken burrito bowl, I expect to have sufficient chicken. Then they were light on the cheese. When I asked for more, she reluctantly gave me a little more. My bowl is usually filled to the top, but as you can see in the pic, it’s definitely not! I was not satisfied. I don’t think I’ll visit this location anymore.

Amber always provides the best, fastest service when coming through drive thru. She takes the time ensure my order is exactly how I want it and if it is not she never complains and insists on getting it right.
In today’s climate where it is hard to keep employees, Diablo’s has hired someone who cares about the customer and the service they provide and it keeps me coming back to them.

Why have a drive thru but only taking pick up orders at it. This is always the case every time I go by here. It’s like 2 minutes from my house, but I have to go all the way across town to get food correct and hot. It’s just sad.
