I was driving by the Grovetown location and I was cussed out in the parking lot by the stumpy middle-aged blonde employee who was crossing the road. Fortunately I’m patient enough to have not confronted her for this ill behavior. If that’s how your employees act outside the restaurant then i’d hate to see her customer service attitude. 0/10 I will never be a customer here. Your employee is a terrible reflection of this company.

I love this place, I eat here at least once a week. Food is always fresh and has lots of flavor! I always get the bowl, but you can get a bowl, taco shell, or Burrito and more. ADD any meat and veggies. They have the best Diablos Ranch sauce taste so good on everything.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband picked up lunch for me and ordered a steak burrito bowl but they did not put any steak on it at all and still charged for the steak.

The place was very clean, the food was fresh and you can add anything to your burrito bowl which was nice. Theirs free charger stations at each table which was cool as well. Overall the food and service and atmosphere were good and the salsa bar had good salsas to choose from.

Came around opening time for lunch. Was assisted by a bearded gentleman who was very polite and made a great burrito bowl for me. Good portions and the ingredients were nice and fresh. Everything tasted great and the chipotle ranch added extra flavor.

Came here to eat last night after working all day at a roller derby tournament. They have a similar setup to Chipotle but that’s where the similarities end, Diablo’s is superior to Chipotle. Their steak tastes better, the toppings taste better and they have more of them and they give you free chips with your bowl and they have a salsa bar so you can get different salsas for your chips. I wish they had one of these back home! They also had charging stations at all the booths

We were passing through Augusta and had Never heard of this place before. The food was awesome. Great quesadillas, chips and queso were awesome, and my ground beef burrito was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved it! They give you plenty of food & it’s all fresh & the meats are grilled in front of you. Their chips & salsas are great! The bathroom coulda used a wipe down & sweep but everything else was very clean. We got there just before the dinner rush but even those people didn’t wait long at all. We will definitely be back! Alot!

If I can get 0 star, I would. I ordered 3 burrito bowls online and mine was missing half the things that was supposed to be in my burrito bowl. When I took out the food out the bag I can feel they were much lighter than I expected. Maybe one had all or most of the things I ordered since it was the heaviest. My son was hungry so he didn’t care what was in it but mine was missing so much that I could not help but check my reciept and compare. I was so tired and stressed that day that all I wanted was something I was craving for. I was extremely disappointed with this order. I wish I could get my money back but I was so tired that I didn’t even want to bother calling or reaching out in any way. People order online for different reasons and they just want to pick up and go so they can have some peace at home. It’s not rocket science to look at the order and put what they ask for. It wasn’t even busy AT ALL when I went to pick it up. And on top of it, my bowl was broken, like piece was missing!!! Did they drop the container and used it? Did they see that it was broken but used it anyways? Very disappointing.

Been going here a while; I will admit, I do not come often because it hasn’t tasted the best…mediocre to say the least. However, today I had a burrito and it was actually pretty good! I don’t remember the last time I was happy with my meal but today was it.
I will agree with other reviewers and say that this location is not really clean and the customer service lacks as it is young people working and they don’t know the value of customer service. If I could also suggest, DO NOT mix my chips with something you rolled…all I think of is germs!
