Tried diablos a little while ago and got hooked. The burritos are good and I like how my order comes with chips. The line moves decently quick, but the workers don’t seem to motivated to be at work and it kinds kills the mood if I come in all high spirited. Besides this small caveat, great place.

My kids absolutely love this place. The fact you get to make your own bowl is awesome. No fishing out ingredients you really don’t want or avoiding dishes all together due to food allergies. It’s a bit loud in here when crowded but the food makes up for the noise. The staff is always kind and helpful!!

My family and I were very impressed recently with the food quality, but even more so this visit with the staff. I called a gentleman (named John) whom I could’ve sworn was the manager over to my table to thank him for being very professional and polite to my wife and daughters. He informed me that he wasn’t the manager, was regular staff and was just happy to be doing his job. Shortly after, a different employee who was cleaning tables stopped by ours to see if there was anything she could get us. Definitely not the norm for any ‘fast food’ restaurant. If you’re in the mood for Diablo’s, go to the one in Mullins Colony in Evans!

We come to this location at least once a week and everyone’s always friendly enough. Theres usually a guy who I assume is the manger he’s super nice and professional but today when I came to the end of the counter to pay. I asked if I could have an empty plastic container like the smaller ones for the cheese dip so I could give some to one of the guys I was eating with and the girl behind the register initially said yes no problem but then a lady standing behind her doing nothing I might add, said she would have to charge me for the empty container like they don’t have hundreds of them lol. So I said okay they rang it up, almost $4 for an empty container there were people in line and I didn’t want to cause a stink. Also the girl at the register look uncomfortable so I just payed it and moved on but I won’t be coming back to this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. I think the right thing to do would have been to say hey we’ll let you get it this time but we aren’t suppose to for future reference we’ll have to charge you. Why are you in a customer service roll if you can handle what should be an easy customer interaction.

Diablo’s is similar to Chipotle, Qdoba, and Costa Vida. In relation to the other chain restaurants mentioned, this location has a better seating/dinning area by far. It is more update/modern and sleek. Plus they have their own house soda. I highly recommend the “Wicked Cherry”. This is one of the best tasting cherry cokes I have had.
This location offers military discount!
If you are in the mood for tacos, burrito bowls or some nachos, this is a great venue to get in, get it, and get back to your day!

The food is great! The service is trash! The young boy that is preparing the bowls, burritos, etc, does NOT want to be there. He has the worst attitude to be in the customer service business.. He is the worst I have seen in a long time. I would not recommend going to this location.. The Grovetown location is definitely a better option.

Had family visiting from out of town who requested to go here since they had enjoyed it last visit. What a disappointment! This was the least portions ever put into bowls and on burritos. Customers ahead and behind us were complaining about portions being so stingy. Diablos is a go to any time we go out to eat. I hope this was a one time thing.

The staff at Painted Moose Graphics loves Diablo’s Southwest Grill! Service was great and they prepared our food quickly. Also loved how their seating area outside is covered and kept us dry during a brief thundershower that passed by while we ate. The food was delicious and the portions did not disappoint. Will definitely be back in the future.

The staff was nice and that’s why there’s a star. The burrito is basically cold and I waited on my Togo order to be ready when I arrived it was not finished. The quesadilla is not filled all the way. Not worth the money at all.

Their keto chicken bowl is AMAZING! This is one of favorite Diablo locations. They were super busy but the staff was doing an amazing job at keeping up.
