Im so annoyed with this Diablos location. Today my dad grabbed some nachos for me and mine are always super simple (light veggies, cheese, meat, chips). How can you mess that up?! First of all before I mixed the food up I had an lake of quesso. How yall give all this quesso on this simple plate?! My food look like throw up! I asked for light lettuce, found like 4 pieces of lettuce. Asked for light pico de gallo, its so much dag on pico I have a mound of it taken out I dont like it like that thats the whole reason why I said “LIGHT PICO DE GALLO” my goodness…..and if I asked for nachos…..I expect to see a good amount of chips. There was like 6 chips in this fricken plate Im so mad jjst got off a 12 hr shift and this what I have!? Never eating at this location EVER AGAIN literal trash!

I love Diablos but not this one. The burritos are either wrapped incorrectly, or have incorrect toppings when delivered. The meats are often burned and the rice hard. Im not sure what’s going on in this location but save some time and frustration, go straight to the Richland Ave location instead

I love the one on Knox Ave. This one is SUPER hot even the mild salsa and I love hot stuff. They did ask if I wanted double tofu though and the one on Knox is very stingy with tofu.

The employees were very kind, every time I come in they are so nice to me !! They make my food perfect!! The only reason for two stars is the manager was being so rude to her employees.. treat people with kindness .. it looked like it was someone’s first day and she said hurry up these people want their food .. she was being very rude to them, I didn’t like that at all.. I will not be coming back when she’s in there. If y’all wanna keep employees treat them respectfully and with kindness.. I don’t know how they work there..

Edit: The manager at this location is phenomenal! Great customer service, she definitely made things right by me, going as far to remake my food herself. Food tasted great as usual, chips were crisp and perfectly salted, meat was flavorful and the quesadilla was grilled perfectly. I truly appreciate the customer service Diablo’s has to making things right! Thank y’all!
I’ve been a consumer of Diablos since they came to North Augusta back in 2016-2018ish. always consistently delicious, great portions, and yummy chips.
Today I didn’t get that experience. I usually order my go to quesadilla on doordash every couple of months as a treat or when I’ve had a bad day as a pick-me-up. But to my surprise, today when it came the food was lackluster as best. Blander than usual, no signature portion size, and the chips were so stale they tasted like they had sat out for a week.
Not the consistency and quality I have come to expect from them at all. I’m quite disappointed and will likely be taking diablos off my list of comfort restaurants in the area.

Food is good but they charged me $1.15 for a side of sour cream. I didn’t get any on my bowl, it should have been free.

Went there today and I have never gotten such a small portion of food before. This is the first time I’ve seen this. It’s usually well worth the$20 for a meal. The worker put a small amount of meat on the quesadilla, I said a little more please and she put a micro portion on it, so I said just give me double meat. She added a teaspoon portion. Shame, I may find another favorite eating place.

Nobody can wrap the burritos right so I have to unwrap them. This one was disgusting from being so soggy and I threw it away. There’s no soap in the restrooms. This Diablos has gone so downhill.
