We’ve been walking past Diablo’s Cantina for years and finally decided to stop in – now we’re kicking ourselves for waiting so long. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my husband got the beef fajitas; both came out sizzling hot, well-seasoned, and with generous portions and fresh toppings. Service was friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable – honestly, the food here tastes much better than the typical food court spots outside but is still just as affordable. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Attended Furst Fridays and everyone had some fur on, I just love it when everyone is on theme. We were celebrating a birthday, others ate and said the food was good. I did have hookah and champagne on the patio.

I give this place an over al 4 star. I like the environment, the setting, the location, the food was good but it could be better if they had more options. I would go back but only for the bone marrow beef tacos, the goat cheese on a cone! Whoa! Not for me! If you like goat cheese this one was very strongly spiced for some reason, you can mix it with other foods too for the taste.

Visited for their Cinco de Mayo specials the weekend prior to May 5th. Had an evening reservation. The front entry host stand was a little crowded and challenging to navigate who to speak with to enter the restaurant however since I was meeting friends who already had a table I just walked around the host stand and entered the restaurant. The restaurant is very bright, open, and spacious with several indoor and outdoor seating options. We were seated outside on the back patio. The table service was prompt and the staff was very attentive and lively to ensure we were enjoying our time at the restaurant. We ordered various appetizers to share and they were good especially the cheese bread. The noise level is moderate even with live music and a DJ playing inside we were still able to hear each other when speaking. I did not have any bar drinks or cocktails during this visit.

We dropped by the MGM Casino complex to check out the sights and pop in on Salsa night at Diablo’s. I didn’t take pictures of the dancers to respect their privacy. We met the salsa and bachata instructor and he wasn’t shy so we got him showing his fan skills! He teaches a class every Thursday so check out!

The atomosphere is really nice in here. The music is lively and fun. HOWEVER the food was BASURA. Not disgusting where it couldn’t be eaten by a child but whole time I was waiting for a burst of flavor from somewhere. The pork chop was literally just a grilled pork chop. No flavor, and had to ask for salt and pepper for it. Which didn’t even help. The yuca tots had a sauce on them and based off the menu seems like it would taste delicious but I’m here thinking how do you have a sauce on something and STILL NO FLAVOR? Like am I tripping?!
Then I had the steak fajitas and it came with just peppers and onions not the usual beans, sour cream, rice etc. now it didn’t say that on the menu but still. Maybe the only flavorful thing we ordered besides the spicy salsa we had to ask for.
The drinks are good I will say that. i got the Oso Loco and my date got the old fashion and they were giving what needed to be gaven. Bartender Brian did what he needed to do. I
All in all if you come here, DO NOT GET FOOD, and if you do get chips and dip. But stick to drinks!!!

Casual spot to enjoy some drinks outside! New to MGM, this took over the Fish restaurant so the layout is pretty much the same. My friends and I came here Saturday afternoon to have some drinks and we were able to get a table outside at the firepit tables/lounge—there was a $200 minimum to sit here. We tried some tacos and the guacamole—all decent. Cocktails were okay as well and service was great!
I liked it more for the outdoor ambiance here—didn’t get a chance to try the main food dishes, hopefully another time!

We were visiting the Casino to catch a show. After calling most of the restaurants there wasn’t much available, but Diablo’s was more of a first come first serve type place. Walking up we were able to get a couple of seats at the outside bar. The staff was great, matter of fact we chatted it up with the two bartenders and they were quite hysterical. The outside bar area is pretty cool. We got some different types of tacos so we could try them all and a order of plantains. Everything was pretty tasty! The plantains were absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend sitting outside at this restaurant and giving them a try if you haven’t they have good drinks and great food!

First visit here. Stopped by on a whim. Handsome Bartender Bryan turned my quick drink into a whole experience. Great watermelon Margarita. Decent food. Excellent atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
