Di Kitchen P.A Jamaican Restaurant did NOT disappoint .
I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and fried plantains and everything was on point. The oxtail was fall off the bone tender, rich and full of flavor. The gravy was perfectly seasoned and soaked into the rice and peas so every bite tasted amazing. The plantains were sweet, soft and caramelized just right, the perfect balance to the savory oxtail.
The portion size was generous and the food looked just as good as it tasted (see photo ). You can tell it’s made with care and authentic Jamaican flavor.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re craving real Jamaican food, this is the spot.

I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic of the curry chicken dinner because it was so good. The jerk chicken was also finger licking good. They also offer natural juices and Jamaican snacks.
Not to mention, the seating area is beautiful, and with the music playing in the background it brings a little piece of the island even closer. You will not be disappointed!

Edit 2: went for a third time and got the broiled snapper, out of this world! Great, fresh, amazing!
Edit: we went a few days later and got the jerk chicken and chicken stew and everything was absolutely delicious again! We’re hooked!
Went in today around 12 pmish for take out and parked straight in front of the door. The place is brand new, nicely decorated, welcoming and spotless! Great music too! There were a few customers ordering to go food too. Got the large oxtail and curry goat and what can I say?!!! It was excellent: flavorful, tender, delicious! Probably the best Jamaican food we’ve had outside of Jamaica itself! All sides were on the spot. Staff were great: friendly, polite and chatty. I am sure this restaurant will flourish keeping up with what they have going on!

The service is great and everyone is so kind. The food is authentic Jamaican food and tastes AMAZING!! Not only is the food great, but the seating area is beautiful. I will be coming here regularly and would recommend to anyone living near or far to give their food a try!

We tried the wings, stew chicken, jerk chicken and oxtails. All of the meats were good. Consistently around the board, everyone said we needed more juice, especially on the rice, it’s very bland and dry. The cabbage could have been cooked a bit longer. My in-laws are Jamaican so we do eat this food often and realize that everyone’s hand is different but we like to try the local Jamaican spots. I would go back here again, I would just request extra juice on everything. I personally ate the stew chicken and it was yummy.

This is probably our third time ordering from Di Kitchen Jamaican Restaurant and it never disappoints! Got the stewed chicken and small side of Rasta pasta and it’s so flavorful and the chicken is so tender! I’ve had their jerk chicken before which is also amazing and the size of the portions is very generous! Definitely can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for Jamaican food!

Hands down the best jerk chicken I have ever had! Juicy, succulent, smokey, fall off the bone deliciousness with an amazing sauce to accompany. I ordered it as a taster so they gave me one piece, and then I walked out with a bag of 12 pieces to take home. Also tried the oxtail, ackee, fried shrimp, and rice and peas. I recommend all of them. Prices were good and worth what you get, and you can tell it’s family run place that’s serving food from the heart. Will definitely return!

Lorddddd the food is soo good. I had a taste for some jerk chicken with Mac and cheese and cabbage. Coming from nyc it’s been hard to find good Jamaican food. But this right here does it. Oxtail gravy all over my Mac and I can already tell oxtail is my next meal from here. Jerk chicken is MOIST Mac and cheese makes tho sounds you like and cabbage is so flavorful. Shesssssshhh. 1000/10 great job.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Di Kitchen, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Caribbean, with vibrant colors and lively reggae music setting the tone for a good meal. The menu had all the Jamaican classics. I got the oxtail with rice and peas, which was slow-cooked to perfection and fell off the bone with ease. My meal also came with sautéed cabbage on the side, all of which were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
