I really love Vietnamese food And this little business does it well. But can I give a shout out to the lady (shame on me for not asking her name) who works there, she is a doll. Always smiling, always thoughtful and she always remembers me. It’s a pleasure to see her.
The food here is delicious, fresh, I feel good eating it. I ordered the fried fish and it was fried perfectly. Crisp, hot and well seasoned, I could eat it every day and I don’t eat fried food often.
So I went back the next day, this time I had the rice bowl with char siu pork. I’m a spice fiend so I had her kick it up a notch for me. It was delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful with just enough spice to make me sweat a little. It came with jasmine rice and a small salad. I also ordered spring rolls with pork and shrimp, it came with peanut sauce for dipping. The meal was soo filling that I was able to save some for the next day along with 2 spring rolls.
The truck is located in the parking lot of Docs Hop Shop, so you can take your food inside and have a brew or 2 as you enjoy your meal. And trust me, you will definitely enjoy your meal and the awesome service.

The food was amazing, the fried rice is tasty and portion is generous. The owner is very kind she puts in a lot of effort in her food. The egg rolls and spring rolls were also very good. We will definitely come back again.

Great experience at this little food truck! The food was fresh and amazing, we got the jumbo shrimp rolls, spring rolls, and Vietnamese sandwich. Great for a quick bite to eat and reasonably priced. Plus, you can take your food over to the brewery and enjoy it on the outdoor patio. The service was great

I ordered a Fried Rice and got the Fish and the Noodles for my family and all of them were amazing. The pork in the Fried Rice tasted amazing and the rice was good aswell. The fish smelled so good I just had to take a bite and it’s definitely worth more than any fish thats from some fancy place. The crispness and flavor was just to good. The lady was nice and very kind and the prices were some of the best I’ve ever seen 10/10 will come back again.

“Holy crap” were the first words out of my mouth—no joke. I ordered the spring rolls, fried fish, and the Char Siu rice box, and all three came in massive styrofoam containers packed to the brim. So many spots in Pensacola skimp on portions, but not Di-Da’s. The spring rolls are huge, the fried fish is tender and full of flavor, and the rice box? A whole meal and then some.

What makes it even better? Doc’s Brewery is literally ten feet away—grab a cold beer, kick back on their cozy outdoor patio, and enjoy your food in peace. If you’re in town and want good food, good vibes, and a place that actually fills your plate, Di-Da’s is the move.

Support small businesses, y’all. They’re out here crushing it. <3

This place is just great. The tofu banh mi was superb and the spring rolls were generous and excellent. The peanut sauce was perfect. The lady running the place is so nice and the prices are very reasonable.

Sitting outside at Doc’s Hop Shop in the warm spring weather, eating this delicious food with a beer… Doesn’t get any better than this.
