Thank you for supporting our small family Thai restaurant that we’ve been in the Clairemont neighborhood for just about 20 years now. We’re looking forward to serving our community to be a one stop shopping place for authentic Thai cuisine and keeping the price fairly decent for our local hard-working neighbors. I’m so glad I came and tried their food everything was delicious! The fried fish was definitely my favorite, with the Pad Thai noodles coming in a close second. The service was warm and welcoming, and the ample parking made the visit even better. This place is a true gem!

This restaurant is amazing! The food is prepared with all fresh ingredients. The Pad Thai delicious, balanced with sweetness and just the right amount of spice. The Spicy Seafood Basil was rich and flavorful, with tender vegetables and a delicious sauce. The Curry Puff is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS.

I love the appetizers. They were crunchy outside n soft inside. The stir fry rice was very tasty!! Now i got the spicy chicken noodles..um i wish bell peppers were cut a bit smaller n well cooked, needs a bit more flavor n chicken…(small serving)… that idk.. but it will be great a little more for the price..

Great find for Thai food. The chicken fried rice was fresh and perfectly seasoned – you can tell they use quality ingredients. Alisa provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. God bless you!

Tasty food with authentic flavors that I missed a lot while away from my home country – papaya salad kicked my appetite, followed with beef drunken noodle-smoky aroma and umami, umm Yum!. After spicy, mango sticky rice made my stomach fully happy.

We’ve been going to Di Chan for 19+ years. We were happy to find out they survived the COVD years. Their dishes are fresh, authentic & delicious. Service is personable, like dining at someone’s home. If you’d like to support a family owned, small, local business, (Clairemont area right off the 805), check it out. Their lunch menu portion is smaller than dinner but it’s only $10 – 12 and it’s a perfect size that comes with 2 side dumplings.

First time here, came with my adult daughter. Ordered yellow curry, white rice, egg rolls, Thai tea. We shared. It was 100% delicious! The best yellow curry I ever had! Other customers in here are saying they’ve come here for years. Very clean, homey restaurant, extremely friendly staff (owner?). Definitely can’t wait to come again!
