We ordered the beef filet/brisket pho, chicken pho, and the spring rolls appetizer. My companion required gluten-free food so we substituted the appetizer’s peanut sauce with ginger fish sauce which was quite good and aromatic, but it did take awhile to explain our dietary need to our cheerful and gracious waiter (would be nice if the menu showed the options). Our pho soups were excellent and felt very fresh, light and healthy. We read in the reviews that the broth could be not very boiling hot but ours were adequately hot but the temperature did quickly cool down probably because the bowls weren’t already warm when the food was prepared. We did choose the fresh noodle option which was super smooth and were well worth the $.50 “upgrade” or so. Our soups came with a variety of fresh herbs which were beautiful. And our 3 pack spring rolls appetizer were generous and fresh.
It was an enjoyable dining experience. Quite a cut above other restaurants nearby in most aspects from the ambience, service, and the food itself. A great choice for dining out with family, colleagues and/or friends.
The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
Definitely coming back again, highly recommend to anyone craving a comforting bowl of phở!
Super quick friendly customer service and experience! Will def come back!
If you’re a Pho lover, this place is definitely for you. It gives Pho a more elevated, almost upscale perspective without losing its authenticity.
The restaurant is extremely clean, very modern, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming. For this price point, the quality and taste are truly outstanding.
Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good Pho and a refined dining experience.
I also got the spring rolls and they were good.
We ordered the cafe su da with ube foam and egg foam and they were the best!
Service is attentive and fast – we asked for scissors and a small bowl and got it immediately
Pho is on the more subtle side – I’ll be honest ! However it’s good, we’d def come back and our kiddo loved her meatball pho! This will become a mainstay for us!
But because of that, we can have free T-shirts and 20% extra discount for 1st 200 customers event.
We ordered 4 different Pho and it was very good.
Big portion of noodle and lots of meats in there compared to the price. Interior was nice as well.
We will definitely come back here again every time when we have a chance to visiting Houston.
Highly recommended.
I came with my parents to celebrate my birthday and used my birthday coupon here at Di Ăn Phở—and wow, what an experience!
The staff went above and beyond, treating us to complimentary spring rolls and even a free Vietnamese coffee (shhh, I heard if you leave them a Google review, you might just get a free drink too ).
My sister ordered the chicken pho (she’s a bit of a chicken when it comes to spice ️) while my mom went for medium spice. The servers literally laid everything out in the middle like pros—herbs, sauces, and toppings—so each of us could customize our bowls to perfection.
My parents ordered the P5 Phở Đặc Biệt, the house special beef noodle soup loaded with beef filet, lean beef, brisket, fatty brisket, beef balls, soft tendon, and tripe. Since my parents are from overseas, those extra cuts are pure comfort food for them—it reminded them of home.
For drinks, my sister loved the Passion Fruit Coconut refresher, and we all finished with strong, delicious Vietnamese coffee that came with the large bowls.
Whether you’re a mild-spice lover like my sis, or a “blazer Mexican” like us who can handle the heat, this spot has something for everyone. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the service is warm and welcoming.
Definitely a new favorite for pho nights. We’ll definitely be back for family pho nights!!
