Dhania Indian Food in Brooklyn is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine. The dishes are rich, aromatic, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Their curries are perfectly spiced (not overwhelming, but still bold), and the naan is always warm, soft, and fresh. The portions are generous for the price, and the quality is consistent every time. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, Dhania is a solid go-to for real, comforting Indian food.

Went here for the second time. Firstly, the service was fantastic just like last time. The food was once again amazing. I got the chili chicken (not in the picture) that was my favorite. They had two types of naan peshwari and garlic both fantastic. I tried the lamb curry and it did not disappoint. Second favorite was the butter chicken, super authentic and amazing. There is a lot more food than what it appears, filled me and 2 of my friends up. Kheer for desert was fantastic. I recommend everyone go here, don’t know why it isn’t famous already.

Came here with a few of my friends to eat, We had to get the essentials, butter chicken, naan, chili chicken, and you can’t forget the mango lassi. It was simply beautiful. You could taste the culture in the food and you could tell the staff really cares. My favorite part was the chili chicken because I enjoyed the fried aspect of it. If you are in the area please stop by for some affordable Indian food. This is good stuff. Best in Brooklyn. I MEAN IT!

Food was unique in comparison to other restaurants imitations of the same dish and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I got myself the butter chicken and was surprised on how unique the flavor profile was with all the added spices especially in the gravy.

One of my good friends’ uncle owns this restaurant and treated us to an assortment of food. He made us feel welcomed. 🙂 Everything I had was very well-seasoned and they had good portions. I recommend getting the beef samosa as an appetizer—it is very crispy and not dry at all. If you ever happen to be in the area I recommend you check this place out and support my friend’s family business!

First of all, the service was amazing and the workers were very nice and always available. I dropped my fork and they gave me another one immediately. The place was clean including their facilities. I tried the butter chicken with naan and it’s one of the best ones I’ve had in New York.

My friend’s uncle owns this place. He treated our entire group so well when we visited! Had the beef samosa, butter chicken, chicken tikka, and goat curry alongside naan and rice. Everything was well seasoned and delicious! Mango lassi was great too.
Highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Not only was the food terrible, but the staff’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They charged $3 plus tax for a single roti, which is usually just $1 and naan price is 2$ at any normal Indian/Pakistani restaurant in brooklyn. And for that price, i received a burnt, dry, and badly cooked roti.honestly the worst I’ve ever had. When i pointed out the issue, the staff were dismissive and showed zero interest in making it right. The way they treated me was unacceptable. For overpriced, low quality food and disrespectful service, this place is a hard no. Save your time, money, and go somewhere else.

Great experience. The food came out promptly, and the server was attentive and patient with our big group.
The food was delicious, authentic, and fulfilling. I must say that I initially thought the portions seemed “small,” but I was proved wrong. Each one of those bowls was packed with the corresponding sources of protein.
For dessert, we had the Rasmalai, which was delicious and “fun,” and the Gulab Jamun (it looks like cocktail sausages), which you would love if you like desserts on the sweeter side.
We were a group of 6 (we had a reservation) and visited on a Thursday night. The restaurant was mainly quiet (except for us ), so it felt like a private experience.
Two things I should also mention: they will recommend ordering bottled water as they “don’t really trust” the tap water in there, and the menus have corrections done with markers, which sometimes were hard to read or understand.
