I had a great experience at Dhaliwal Indian Sweet Shop. The food is really like you have in India. They were very generous and even gave extra items, which was really appreciated. I’m a customer visiting from Vernon and Halifax, and the customer service was excellent.
A special shoutout to Muskan — she did a brilliant job, was very polite, helpful, and made the whole experience pleasant. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Been ordering in Dhaliwal for quite some time now. It has always been an amazing place to order delicious food. My most favourite go to order are veggie fried rice, veggie soup and veggie spring rolls. I ordered these food (shown in the photo) for my colleagues and everyone was so impressed how delicious the food is. 10/10 and worth to recommend to everyone.

I visited Dhaliwal Food Wrap and honestly the wrap quality was not good. It looked messy and not clean, so we had to call and complain. However, I really appreciate the employee Muskan. She was very kind, polite, and handled the situation professionally. She treated us respectfully and provided us with fresh food after our complaint. Her service was excellent and made the experience better.

Editing this after your reply — giving a refund was not a favour, it was something you had to do. That doesn’t justify serving non-veg in a veg dish.
Yesterday night we ordered Manchurian, but shockingly it had a piece of chicken or meat inside. Serving non-veg in a vegetarian dish is completely unacceptable. Many people, including myself, follow strict religious and personal beliefs, and this shows zero respect for that. If you cannot ensure vegetarian food is 100% veg, how can anyone trust you’re not mixing beef or other meats too? It is careless and unfair. food is about faith and trust, not just taste.

I mentioned that my chai had become a little cold, and instead of just reheating it, they kindly prepared a completely fresh cup for me. This small gesture really showed their care for customers and attention to quality.
Both of them were very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout. Service like this makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended for both food and hospitality!

I ordered paneer lababdar and the paneer in my dish was stale. When I called the store, the staff member was completely uncooperative and spoke out of context and argued , saying the paneer was black because it was dipped in gravy and asking if I’d ever tried paneer tikka. It was clearly a mix of old and fresh paneer. The customer service was 0 — no accountability or courtesy.
Also, the so-called Paneer Lababdar never tastes the same anymore — the flavor and consistency keep changing with every order. I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times before and always loved the food when the previous chef was there, but the quality and service have dropped badly. Four of us have decided not to order again unless things improve. I would give 0 stars if I could — very disappointed.

ordered spring rolls and was really disappointed with what I received. They came completely overcooked and burnt, which ruined the taste and texture. For the price paid, I expected fresh and properly cooked food. Unfortunately, this was not edible and very unsatisfying. I hope the restaurant improves the quality and checks the food before sending it out to customers.
