The beef noodles are great and the other dishes are not bad as well. A good location to enjoy the various varieties of noodles offered by the restaurant and they serve both dried and soup-based noodle dishes. Also, there are some additional side dishes that we did not order but looks yummy.

Lanzhou beef noodle is super flavorful. Lots of dishes here are under $20, very affordable for the Bay Area. They have all the classics here, a lot of cumin and lamb, brown sugar glutinous cakes for dessert! The portions are good for the most part.
I enjoyed the beef pancake. The sauce was great and the pancake wasn’t as dry. You order off a QR code and pour your own water, so not too service-oriented but the staff was friendly. The interior of the store is quite elegant and quiet.

DH Noodle continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. The beef noodles have that perfect hand-pulled texture and a broth that’s rich but not heavy. The lamb BBQ is tender, spicy, and absolutely addictive. Even the side greens are refreshing and well done. Great flavors, great consistency—my go-to noodle shop for a reason.

The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the broth is rich and flavorful. I especially recommend their lamb kebabs, cumin lamb, and house-made yogurt. Everything tastes so good!

Service was top notch. Everyone is warm and welcoming. The food is good. Noodles were perfect. Until I found an insect leg (cockroach) in my soup. Ruined my appetite and night. We still paid our bill. They offered us free drinks but were so offended to take it.
