Heros here are gooood. There chicken cutlet is amazing. Has very good flavor, thick and tender. Been trying to find a local spot for a good sausage & peppers hero and I have found it here! It is slammin. Sausage parm hero is really good too. Chicken pesto panini is also good. Cuban is good…taste all ingredients. Another regular spot added to the list . Hidden gem. Make sure to call in your order 20-25min ahead.

I had DGM cater my wife’s 50th birthday party. The food was amazing. I chose the Texas bbq package and couldn’t have been happier. The amount of food they prepared was incredible. It felt like a non stop feast. The quality of the food that Dominick and Michael prepared was superb and the professionalism of the staff was elite. All our guest kept raving about the quality of the food and the amount. I highly recommend them for any catering needs, you will not be disappointed.

The words SPECTACULAR and FANTASTIC and do not sufficiently describe how wonderful DGM Catering is. They catered our company event with over 250 people. Their staff is extremely professional, polite and well dressed. The high quality of the food, the presentation, the exceptional service and and the meal was cooked to perfection. Everyone on the staff is so friendly knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make every guest feel catered to. This is the best food truck on Long Island, maybe all of NY. They use quality ingredients and you can taste it. These guys know how to cook. They catered my grandson’s birthday last year and the variety and quantity of the food was incredible. Never had anything from the truck that wasn’t delicious. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you to DGM Catering for making my son’s graduation party, 6/22/24, a huge success!
Michael, the chef, came at the expected time. Michael and crew immediately started to set up and begin to cook. When they tell you, they are bringing everything they truly are. We did not have to get soft drinks, water, plates, utensils and napkins. It was one stop shopping. It was so wonderful being a guest at my own party. The only thing I regret is that I never had taken pictures of their set up.
Our guests could not have said enough wonderful things about the food and the staff. When we have our next gathering we shall definitely use them and highly recommend.

The reason I discovered this truck is 2 of my favorite Farmingdale delicatessens have gone down hill, as far as quality. All I can say is thank God!!! This truck truly makes amazing food, and I can say with certainty you will not be disappointed. Me and my wife would by sandwiches once in awhile, and then we discovered his dinners for 2. Which by the way can feed 3 to 4. Last week they started making homemade soups for the fall, and again I can say it is soup nazi worthy. Everything they do is awesome, and I have never been disappointed.
PS. Ask them for pork wings… in a word “WOW”.

Chef Dominic and Chef Michael put their heart and soul into everything they make. The food on this truck is absolutely amazing!! There is nothing that I haven’t had that I didn’t like. They advertise their Cuban sandwich to be the best ever and it is. There daily specials are amazing also. (Highly recommend the shrimp with purple slaw available every Friday. It’s my favorite) Soups are all fresh and delicious. Make sure you sign up for there daily specials and call ahead for your order. Everything is made to order and is totally worth the wait. I’ve also ordered DGM’s catering which is also amazing. Family owned and operated and genuinely great people!!

Have used the food truck for dinner a few times and have never been disappointed. This past weekend was my son’s communion we decided to have DGM cater. All of my guests RAVED about the food. People who are extremely picky were going up for seconds. Love the added touch of completing the penne alla vodka at my house when they delivered the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone who will listen.

Dom, Lorey, their family and staff were wonderful to work with, from the planning stages, making all the right recommendations to the follow up making sure everything was hitting the mark. Every detail was cared for as if it were their own party! The food was outstanding from appetizers to desserts, our guests raved about it and have continued for days to share how delicious and fresh everything was. Service was incredible, very professional and genuinely sincere, wanting to help in every way. They were timely with serving each course, ensuring our guests were happy, an overall wonderful experience! We cannot say enough about how fantastic the food was, and how easy it was to work with them, absolutely FABULOUS!
We are excited about having an opportunity to work with them again, and am certain our guests will look to work with them as well!
