Don’t pull your rig in or you’ll get stuck. If at all possible (not likely) stop in front and walk to the back of the facility to get to shipping/receiving. Tiny facility and practically zero space for safe maneuvering.

Came to this place with a pick up window 1600-2100hrs. Checked in at 1430 parked at truck stop , called to a door at 1600 was loaded and gone by 1800 , paperwork ready when doors were sealed no trouble everyone respectful and did their job , no complaints what so ever! While IT IS TIGHT in the dock area if you pay attention you will be fine ! Yard guys will help as long as youre respectful! If you think this place is bad , go load at the Chicken house in Decatur Alabama and you will change your mind!

I went ahead and parked my truck in the Stuckey’s next-door and walked over to shipping…
This was an easy drop and hook for me. The new load was ready, and the only problem is trying to fit your empty trailer in their parking lot, too tight and possibly you will have to blind side.
Workers were awesome and the yard dog guys were cool.

Complete cluster truck. Squeeze your way between the trailers on the side of the building. Pray you don’t meet an exiting truck. Park by the first dock. Walk inside check in. They take all your info then tell you to U-turn and go to the truck stop and wait for a call. TS is $15 to park unless you buy fuel. I waited 8 hours past my appointment time to get a door. Ended up just barely making my delivery time. Making that turn around isn’t easy. Backing in isn’t easy. If you’re new I can’t stress enough GOAL and ask for a spotter. It’s tight as can be with all the drop trailers.

Believe the reviews . Been waiting since 6pm yesterday for an 8:00pm pick up. This plant gave my load away to a driver who doesn’t even drive for my carrier. Which since it was a plant error it would make the most sense for them to prioritize making it right by getting me loaded up in a timely fashion, nope. Been sitting for 18 hours in counting and still no idea when I’ll be loaded up. Some of the staff is helpful some of the staff is rude . 50/50 chance . When you arrive probably is easier to park at the truck stop next door and walk to the shipping office which is around the corner at the very end of loading docks , docks are tight and parking in the yard is tight as well.

Im giving this place 1 star!!! Mainly because of the yard and docking area, they have this place filled with trailers and is very difficult to maneuver in and out of here. As far as the loading goes they are ok if you show up at the right time and the unloading im not sure of because I’ve never delivered here. Also when checking in park next door at the gas/truck stop and walk over to the backside of the building where all the trailers are at. Good luck and I wouldn’t bring no long nose pete in here

Park at truck stop and walk over! Do not try to pull in very tight lot. Once they call you dock and let them know what door you are in. “Money” got me loaded in 30 mins flat once I got a door! Respectful nice workers here, be polite, follow directions, and they will get you done. Best fresh chicken place i been to!! Keep up good work guys!!

Yard is very tight. Load time is fair for a chicken plant. Definitely be polite, the yard dog will try to be helpful and direct you, but gets in the way… he definitely means well. Overall everyone was nice. Park at the truckstop on the corner and walk over, it’ll make things easier for you… and you’ll be able to see the yard…. Before bringing your truck in.

Yard is tight. Park at truckstop and walk over to check in. People are nice and respectful. You might be here for a while. I had to blind side in. One of the staff was helping. It will depend on what dock you get and how many trucks are back here. If there are none you are lucky.

This place wastes a lot of your time. Time is money!
And nerves aren’t an exception!
I waited 15 hours at the dock, 8 hours for reload, and 2 hours for the bill of lading. In total, 25 hours. This is just terrible. The forklift driver is stupid, like a tractor, doesn’t even realize that this trailer I bought for $130k is valuable.
Here, you lose your nerves and money — so trucker brothers, don’t come here

Also, the dock is very small — this is a big risk
