I purchased gift certificates for Dexter’s. Stopped in yesterday for a late lunch. I ordered the Jonny Electric burger and Wow it was so good!! My burger was larger than I expected and very juicy. It was served with fries all for $12.50! I will definitely be returning here soon.

Unfortunately a bit mediocre. Food was bland, everything under seasoned… burger tasted like the grill was dirty. Steak sub was generic, edible but nothing special. Got 7 onion rings for $4… chopping skills need work.. bought overpriced Mozzarella sticks- had to ask for marinara, whicj they brought, cold… You have to order then sit and they bring food then leave you alone.. Cute space with a lot of potential, but not there yet. Prices were ok but would say still not quite worth it. Drove 45min to check it out and was disappointed. Only a couple parking spaces in front, then rest in back- which is down the hill and the parking lot is a dump of old kitchen appliances and such that seem to be apart of some kitchen auction place.. oh, and seems like they don’t have a properly working AC, lots of fans on and front door open- it was ok, but a little warm..

Staff were sweet, place has personality. Beef is delivered fresh multiple times a week and the burger i had was DELICIOUS. Love the curly fries too. They also have Hershey’s ice cream.

This place is a fairly new place, but the food was way better than I expected. My wife got the mushroom Swiss burger and I got the black and blue burger. These were extremely juicy and thick and were properly cooked. Definitely recommend if you’re going through the area!!

Good burgers, I will say that! Our receipt read right so the order was taken correctly but all kinds of mistakes on the plates! It worked out though. I won’t bother with a salad as a side again, it’s burger condiments chopped up with a packet of dressing. Just get the curly fries. Their chicken tenders were nothing special, but, it’s a burger joint, and the burgers were on point. They didn’t ask how we wanted them cooked, which was concerning, but they didn’t over cook them so… if we’re in that town again and want a burger we would go again. Big place and only one bathroom. Hopefully the obvious renovations happening includes another one. Best of luck! I appreciate the cute name and tasty burger!

One of the most awesome burgers I have ever had. Well, that I didn’t make myself. Fresh ground beef, and lots of it! Gourmet toppings and a delicious bun. Better be hungry. Fries were spot on perfect, golden brown and a bit crispy. Will stop here again, often.

I have been to dexters about 5-10 times since they opened. The first couple times they would forget something and I assured them it was fine because they were new. Then they had issues with other stuff and I’ve worked food and customer service so I understood. However today was it for me. And I will never be back. We were coming home to Berkeley springs from Pennsylvania and was starving with a toddler and groceries in the car. We placed an order 20 minutes before we got there and they gave us a wait time of 30. That’s fine no big deal at all. I walk in to pay for my food and order milkshakes. I waited for what seemed to be forever until someone even opened their mouth. They just looked at me and carried on with whatever else they were doing. Finally a boy turns around and just looks at me. Says nothing. I told him I placed an order. And he frantically turned to the boy in the grill and said where is her order did it get canceled. To which he said I never had an order for her. And he turned back around and said oh it never went through so what did you want to order? I never got an apology. All I got was extremely bad service and no food. So needless to say I’ll never be back.

I was gonna wait a while for things to calm down being they just opened today, but I just couldn’t help myself! Showed up 20 minutes after they announced they’re finally open! I originally ordered a cheese pizza for my daughters but I stole a piece as soon as I got back in my van Then my oldest snatched a piece before I could take a nice picture of it. The pizza is so fluffy yet crispy and the cheese, the cheese is to die for literally a perfect pizza! I also got myself a Rueben, and that thing was worth the wait and definitely worth more than $6.50! Their menu is huge (almost overwhelming), prices are great, and most importantly- the employees are insanely sweet and make you feel like family! I’ll definitely keep coming back…weekly if I’m not careful

We got the beyond burgers here which turned out great. Big basket of curly fries and crinkle cut. Food came out reasonably quickly and was fresh. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning and it was a hot day.
