Used to be my favorite place to eat out even over Lambert’s and Colton’s, but stopped going for a while due to pork steak which is what I always ordered became very dry and salty, people would say the ribs and brisket was food so decided to try brisket which was mostly fat. Today went in to pick up a phone order of half order of ribs and a pint of potato salad, no fork in bag for potato salad had to eat with my fingers and ribs were dry and leather like on top and ends. I will not be back. So sad it used to be so good!

I used to absolutely love this place, but it has really gone downhill. I ordered a large rib dinner with fries and was so disappointed. The ribs were tiny — several of them were barely two inches long. It honestly felt like I was served a pile of end pieces instead of a proper portion.
The fries looked cooked at first glance, but the first bite told a different story. They were still raw in the middle. For the price of a large dinner, I expected much better quality and consistency. Unfortunately, this experience was a letdown.

Dexter is perfect. The only thing I would change is you need more buns with the pulled pork pound container and larger. Not enough buns! Excellent food I would not make any changes!

My husband & I shared the 6 rib plate with fries & okra. The food was hot and the ribs were tender & flavorful. If we get back out this way again in MO this will be a stop.

Went through drive through order two chicken dinners with bake potatoes. Got home found out no bake potatoes so I called them manager said bring all the food back. Im not drive 30minutes for there screw up. They gave us butter and sour cream no potatoes

We enjoyed the best ribs that you can sink your teeth into. So tender and full of flavor, no sauce was necessary. They have a good selection of kid friendly food on their kids’ menu, so that made it enjoyable for the whole family. Even with our picky eater children. We went with a large group of people but still got our food very quickly. They did miss one item on our order but was fast to correct the issue. To only miss 1 thing in a party of 10 order was pretty decent.

Really nice BBQ here. Free ice cream with a purchase for dessert. I got the brisket and it was really good. Okra is really tasty. I stick with the sandwiches and it doesn’t ever disappoint.
