Really enjoyed the semi-classy look of this place and absolutely loved their Brisket Melt with pepper jack cheese. (Even though the cheese was a little more processed than I would have expected.) The brisket itself was melt-in-your mouth tender and all three different sauces I tasted were great. Along with hot Cajun fries, great service and FREE ice cream this is definitely solid five and there would be no need to look any further for a great BBQ meal.

We paid $43 for two people, one triple meat combo and one double meat combo. The portions were generous, but the quality just wasn’t there. The ribs were smooth and pink all the way through, more like ham than smoked ribs. The brisket was lean and dry with no juiciness, and the pulled pork, while the best of the three, was still dry and tasted more like chicken than pork.
On the positive side, the Cajun fries were excellent, easily the best part of the meal. The baked potato was fine, and the soda was solid. For the price, the portions were good, but the meats didn’t deliver authentic barbecue flavor or freshness.

I loved their BBQ. I wish they were in Tennessee. I especially like the way you ordered and seated yourself. They got our food to us very fast and I tried all of their sauces. I will be glad when they get their online store open.
