My guest and I had an awesome experience at Dewey’s pizza! The welcoming environment and excellent service we received was exemplary. Our drinks were always full, and the cleanliness was impressive. They have a great selection of specialty pizzas, and an option to create your own. I enjoyed the ability to order half of one specialty pizza, and half of another, giving my party the ability to try multiple specialties without the need of ordering an entire pizza of each. We ordered half Bronx Bomber and the Don Corleone. Both were outstanding. I plan on returning to try even more of their menu and maybe bringing a larger party.

This is my favorite pizza place, full stop. Gluten-free pizza is always a gamble, but their gf crust is genuinely great and they’re very careful. I’ve been ordering from them for years and have never had any issues.
I did mess up an order recently, and when I called to ask about it (right in the middle of the dinner rush), the manager was incredibly kind. She found my ticket right away, figured out what had happened, and even apologized- despite the mistake being mine. The loveliness of the interaction was almost enough to ease the pain of not eating the mouthwatering ‘zza on my counter.
The staff is always friendly, the food is consistently good, and the Green Lantern + green peppers has been my bag for over a decade. Still undefeated.

@deweyspizza If you ask anyone about their recommendations for pizza when traveling to St Louis I would bet 9 times out of 10 they would recommend Dewey’s pizza and today I cashed in on that recommendation. I ordered 3, 17″ pizzas and went half and half on them. The Porky Fig, Ryan’s Inferno, Dr. Dre, Meatball, pepperoni and bacon. While the artesians were hard at work making the pizza the kids got a chance to see the live action and the Artisans did not disappoint. They threw flour and pepperoni and the kids and really made it entertaining to watch.
Now for the taste, the combined cooked and raw ingredients to help bring a nice texture and taste to the pizza that made it one of a kind. My favorite was Ryan’s inferno it was literally like eating buffalo wings in a pizza format. Great pizza spot. #pizza #explorestl #STL.

I ordered takeout for a meeting. The pizzas had lots of toppings. There was plenty of sauce and cheese. This is more of a New York style pizza, and the 17″ pies had a lot of flop and a good chew to the crust.

The pizza at Dewey’s is always exceptional — always fresh, perfect combination of toppings, in just the right amount, and a dozen variety in their menu. They hand-toss their own dough in a glass-walled kitchen (fun for the kids to watch); it is the only crust in town I eat. And there is always enough staff to serve the customer efficiently and with a smile. It is one of only two pizzerias in STL that I give five stars.

My partner and I had a Capri pizza, there is a. Ingredient, GMO, Bio-engineered, something similar to monosodium glutamate. She got very dizzy and I felt extremely fatigue, like there was a drug. I’m a health care professional of 31 years and I have a very clean diet and have traveled extensively and eaten at many restaurants. They need to label what is ingredients are in this particular pizza; I believe that there was a toxic chemical in the one of the Ingredients. Very disappointed! Next pizza I have will be from Chicago, NY, or New Jersey, not Saint Louis.
