Service was okay. Prices are really high, even for airport food. It looks like I got two-half slices of precooked bacon as my order. $27 for this and coffee.
Only socially redeeming value of the place is that it is the only place selling decent coffee until about 0600. Char-butts is the only other coffee shop Penh early in the morning.
Worse breakfast in my life! 1st, I asked for over easy eggs, she doesn’t tell me they ONLY make scrambled eggs, I don’t like scrambled eggs so would have been nice to know…
$5 for a coffee??? Wasn’t even good!
2 pitiful pieces of bacon… as seen in picture and they were microwaved bacon for sure!! and two pieces of cold toasts with no butter on them…and to top it off… McCain potatoes… cold and hard!!! NOTHING in my breakfast was good, nothing at all!!!
$27 bucks for the worse breakfast I have ever had in my life!!! Do NOT go there!!!
Too bad I have to give a 1, they deserve a big fat ZERO!!!
Any positive review on here is clearly from friends… there’s no way anyone would give a positive review
I wasn’t surprised to see such a low overall score for this place when Iooked it up on Google to leave this review.
Whoever is working the hostest stand is possibly the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, and I, nor anyone else, was rude to her, this was all her.
She mumbled what sounded like obscenenities under her breath, maybe she has tourettesz but I’m not willing to give the benefit based on her other behavior.
My waitress was busy and not rude, but she wasn’t nice. The table next to me was sat after me, she saw them first and got their drinks and food out first. She also never came back to check on. Which would have been nice because I never got cutlery or napkins.
The food was decent, but $20 bucks for an appetizer isn’t worth it, even at an airport. The real kicker was that a pour of whiskey was $21!! And it wasn’t even top shelf, nor was the price for booze on the menu.
Finally, thatake you use a QR code. Which made me sign up for a service I didn’t want, Instead of just having me order food. I will be deleting my account and blocking that post haste.
If I’m ever in RSW again, I’ll starve before I give his place business again.
I’m also going to reach out to Delta and advise them to move to a different terminal for their flights or something. They can do better than this.
Please be very careful when ordering at this restaurant, I sat at the bar and ordered 2 glasses of wine and when i got the bill she had charged me for 2 different glasses of wine that were substantially more expensive! I pointed out that the menu price for the wine i had received was different and she tried to say that was the fault of their system and it was the only way she could ring it up was at the higher price! I argued with her that the particular wine had been on their menu for years and there was no reason that a different more expensive wines price should be automatically used as a stand in! I asked for a manager & she told me it would take a while to get one, of course being at an airport most people are going to their flight but i insisted! Bait & switch pricing is highly illegal in Florida & I told her I would make a complaint to the AG office & sue! We are not talking about a dollar difference we are talking about almost $10 more for 2 overpriced glasses of wine to start with! Imagine if they do this to everyone & I’m sure they probably do as most people are in a hurry at an airport & do not check their bills! Its unethical & illegal & I hope that people pay attention & don’t let them get away with this practice! I intend to take it to the Florida commission on price switching and make a formal complaint & so should everyone that this happens too!
UPDATE 02/15/2026 ~ After I contacted HMS, (the Dewars management company.) I received a very prompt and helpful response from Mr. Steven Josephs, HMS Multi unit manager. I can only give accolades to his excellent customer service, and his response to the issue I had at this establishment. after communicating with Mr. Josephs, I have been assured this was more an isolated incident caused by one staff member than a company policy issue.
Because of his actions I will definitely revisit Dewars the next time I am travelling through RSW, I must give top marks to the excellent customer service provided by Steven, and HMS for having such a great representative in their company.
I am more than satisfied by the closure of this complaint and thank you again Mr. Josephs.
This place is just another restaurant they mess up. The food is is terrible and overpriced. The servers try to help, but they are understaffed and the kitchen takes forever to make bad food.. They do have fun as you hear them singing and laughing.
Our server tried to be attentive. The food is tasteless and fries are cold and hard.
You have to order from a app that did not work for us. It took the waitress 15 minutes to deal with it. The people that with there are nice but the service was slow.
Will not return even if stuck at the airport. I’d rather go hungry than get ripped off at this place.
Served on plastic and plastic utensils.
Asked if we could have our table wiped down before she put down the straws, which she replied, “ we could move tables. And it was our choice to sit there”, we did didn’t come to the hostess stand and just sat ourselves. Considering we came in from the angle shown on the photo, we didn’t even see the host of stand or any sign.
The ‘chicken’ is weird, maybe rib meat, more likely a combo of tofu and marshmallow with smoke flavoring added. I don’t know, but I’ve eaten plenty of chicken in my life and this isn’t it. Absolutely gross.
Service was a solid C, not terrible but indifferent. Took 10 minutes to get the guac they forgot to bring, in which time the tacos got cold… thankfully though… made it all taste even worse otherwise I might have just powered through. Easy decision to skip. My wife literally removed all the chicken and ate a tortilla with lettuce… I’m jealous. Wish I’d just followed suit.
Sadly, it’s your only option in the terminal. It’s a great time to start fasting if you’ve never tried it. You’ve been warned!
The food was low quality, small portions, and barely edible
Our order was taken right away and food delivered in only few minutes. Looks like they use the QR code for the menu but take the orders the old fashioned way which was fine as our server was on the ball. Gianna was a terrific server. The quick service was really helpful given what little time we had before boarding our flight.
The club sandwich was just a couple of processed slices of turkey, 1.5 slices of bacon, and definitely not fresh tomatoes. The fries were cold and stale. The nachos… just no, don’t do it.
Prices are what you would expect for airport food. Looks like to keep cost down they reduced the portion sizes and quality of the food.
Could have at least used the pre-cooked bacon and better quality turkey meat from Costco. It would have made it more edible.
