Dev’s Jamaican Cuisine is superb! There is so much flavor and a variety of delicious choices. My favorite is the garlic pasta with shrimp. Each bite has so much flavor. I also love the jerk chicken and carrot cake. I have heard great things about the curry goat as well.

Came upon this spot after being salty that The spot up the street closed even tho they still had the sign open up. The man at this place was very kind and honest. Served us well. I got a large jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage and my bf got curry goat. The portion is large and the chicken is falling off the bone but i couldn’t give them a 4start because the jerk isn’t spicy at all. It taste like brown stew gravy or something but there’s no spice at all. Now idk if he assumed i wasn’t from here so i couldn’t handle spice but it was a huge disappointment. Outside of that everything was great. Going to go home and add my walkerswood jerk seasoning to get my kick

Off the appearance and smell I can tell the food was going be amazing. Yes for sure it was, now am not a foodie but I have had plenty of jerk chicken and rice n peas n cabbage and my meal today was chef kiss. You can taste all the ingredients from the coconut milk in the rice and sweetness to the jerk chicken sauced up. Which is a special feeling that adds to the enjoyment and experience of the food. Don’t change the recipe or chef if you can and thank you again for the food I will be back and yes I got the large platter good size. Thank you again bless up

I’ve been craving oxtails for so long now I’ve been binging all the oxtails in the area. I ordered a large platter with Mac and cabbage. When I looked in it I said uhhh where’s the oxtails?!? 30 dollars I want at least 10 I got 5.5 large pieces. Thought it wasn’t gonna fill me up but I’m stuffed! Flavor wise these oxtails have a slighter sweeter taste than most I’ve had but was soft and the meat was thick. I enjoyed the Mac as well. Cabbage wasn’t too flavorful but overall the platter was tasty.

Service: Dev’s Jamaican Cuisine was a spectacular experience for my friends and me. We called, and immediately, someone answered to take my order. I placed an order one hour before closing (closes at 9pm on Tuesday), and there was no shortage of anything. We ordered Oxtail, Curry Chicken and Curry Goat. The gentleman who took the order was very polite and professional. Food was ready after 15 minutes.
Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and COVID-19 safe. Everyone (staff and customers) was properly covered with masks. Customers distanced themselves from each other with 6ft, or more, of space.
Food: My dish was the curry goat with rice & peas, and cabbage. It was superb! It had so much flavor the goat was cooked to perfection. Each bite had so much flavor and the spice kicks in shortly thereafter. This is, by far, some of the best curry goat I’ve had. The flavor of the cabbage along with the rice and peas mixed very well with the curry goat. The portion was more than plenty and the price was not at all over-priced.

Great place to buy food if you are in the mood for oxtail, etc. The best time to go is after 4pm. There rice is very good, nothing on the menu can go wrong unless you do not enjoy eating Jamaican dishes.

I truly love this place! Recommend to me by a friend and I have been going non stop ever since. Such great customer service. I came in 30 minutes to close and my food was made ready to order very fresh. The oxtails are very tender and not fatty which I love because a lot of places just give you the fat! The rice a peas has a sweet undertone but it’s very good and the gravy has the perfect amount of pepper and spice. Highly Highly Highlyyyyyyyyyyy recommend!
