We paid a visit to Devino’s Pizzeria at a little before noon today! We have never been there before and we were looking for a great pizza. Well, we found the best thin crust Pizza we have had. We were in Chicago two weeks ago and we had a deep dish pizza there that was being promoted as the best anywhere. Let me tell you. It is very difficult to make a comparison between a deep dish and a thin crust pizza. They are two different beasts. What I can compare is the cheese! Devino’s cheese wins every time, hands down! The sauce is the hardest to compare but as far as a thin crust pizza Devino’s sauce knocked it out of the park. I would say from my experience with any New York thin crust pizza, Devino’s has no equal. The cheese, the sauce, and best of all was their airy light crust!!! It was perfection. The owner took care of us and we had a terrific conversation with him. He did not give away any recipe secrets but he has every right to be very proud of his pizza and Pizzeria! It is a very clean place and if you wanted to you could stand and watch the process of your pizza being made from the register. The AC inside came in clutch today also. It made our lunch so much more enjoyable to be able to get out of the 96° heat and relax. Thank you sir for a great lunch and the best thin crust pizza around the entire east coast and up into Chicago! We will be making this a permanent stop of ours when going past Morgantown from now on!

I went here to pick up an order my family had placed and due to some confusion on MY part I was convinced our order was wrong so I drove back to the store. The employees were nothing but kind and even offered to make it right even though it was all 100% my confusion that caused the mix-up and the order was in fact correct already! Thank you so much to the very professional employees that helped me out today. Everyone loved the food. I will absolutely order from here again even tho i’ll be a bit embarrassed at the register.

When you walk through the door, the smell was amazing! I knew the pizza was about to be delicious just by the smell. The service was outstanding! Very kind and friendly staff. The pizza tasted so fresh, I could taste the basil in the sauce! 10/10 flavor. I enjoyed every bite. I even bought the chocolate baklava and let’s just say mouth watering! Please do yourself a favor and try this local pizza place! You won’t be disappointed

Starting with the positives, the cheese, the sauce, and the pepperoni were all really flavorful. The peppers were as expected, the onions were slightly disappointing and stringy. Overall, taste wise, one of the better pies I’ve had in Morgantown. The pricing of the pizza itself is fine. Charging $2.60 for each topping is ridiculous. No standard pizza toppings should cost over $1.50. I waited in the restaurant for five minutes before being noticed, easily fixable, just add a bell on the door. The staff seemed really nice and apologetic for the wait though. Overall, if I wanted a cheese pizza, I’d go here, but with topping prices, if I wanted something more than a pepperoni pizza, I’m looking elsewhere.

We stopped by Devino’s for a quick dinner on our way thru town and weren’t let down. The owner was super kind and customized the pizzas just to how we ordered them. The pizzas were crispy and well prepared. Can’t say enough good things about my experiences at Devino’s!

It’s your typical corner pizzeria. I tried the white pizza, garlic rolls, and tieramasu. I especially enjoyed the chewy cheese! The garlic rolls were buttery and delicious. They paired perfectly with the marinara, which wasn’t overly processed or seasoned. I have never described marinara as refreshing, but it was very fresh tasting 🙂

I have never had a garlic knot that is made similar in style to a cinnamon bun. It tasted delicious. My sandwich was also quite tasty. Instead of bread, the sandwiches here are served on a folded pizza crust. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The price seemed a bit higher than average, but it was worth it. Great spot for a quiet meal.
