After seeing DWC had a 3 tender combo with new Texas toast I decided to try this place out.
I placed a to go order on 1/29/26 1 hr after they opened. I was expecting something at least resembling the ad, tenders tossed in sauce with Texas toast, coleslaw, etc.
What I received was honestly insulting. Inside the bag was 3 flimsy tenders with little to no sauce. I had ordered them tossed so I assumed they would be tossed in a bowl with the sauce and would be coated in the sauce. Nope. Sauce was so minimal I could barely taste it. Chicken quality of the tender itself wasn’t bad, not freshly battered but it was edible.
Texas toast was a little burnt, still edible but I could have been better.
They forgot to include the coleslaw in the bag.
All of this was discovered after driving back to work.
I would have been a little more understanding during a rush but when I picked up my order it was dead, nobody in the restaurant except the workers.
For a resultant trying to compete with Raising Canes based on their new combo additions they are doing a horrible job.

Would’ve preferred waiting the extra time than getting crumbs counted as wings; should have been 5 pieces per box. It was a busy night, but this is just lame. Typically a good place to go, don’t let this be the norm.

It’s a pickup place so the atmosphere doesn’t matter, but the tenders are smaller than a nugget. I asked about it since the vegan ones are $3 each, and they took the one back without cleaning their hands and decided to recook one new one.
For $20, they also didn’t toss the tenders in the sauce, even though is was specified on the receipt I got.
I get it, but this was kinda ridiculous for the price.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend since there are 9 million wing places and this one has terrible service and an abysmal size to price ratio.

I wish I could add no stars. I went to this location to order typical chicken tenders and fries and they not only gave me “backup”chicken which I wasn’t even aware of before placing the order, but they also overcooked the chicken. It was dry and there were bits of it you literally had to break off just to be able to eat (so you won’t hurt your teeth) I politely called back to get a reorder and tell them about the concerns and they said there chicken wasn’t overcooked and NO to the reorder. So burnt chicken that is dry isn’t overcooked? Hmm ok. In my opinion do not give this location your money.

Love the online ordering and texting for pickup. The wings are fantastic and large. Happy hour from 3-5pm daily is 40% off boneless wings. Regardless of what you get you will be stuffed. The new dill pickle fries are amazing.

This place is bad. Ordered 10 wings and it took forever even though I was the only one there. 10 mins longer than they said it would take. Then I get home with my wings and they shortchanged me. Only 9 wings in the box. And another one looked like it had already been eaten by a dog. It was a bone with a little bit of fried crispy stuff on the end. 8 wings for the price of 10! Great deal! And you have to wait a half hour to get it!

The staff working were Aden and Luke. I asked them their names put on the receipt because I was very impressed with their customer service etc. they were very well together even in the kitchen. I decided to add to my order and that’s why I was there longer. Watched them taking care of other orders for doordash etc. A lot of places just set their online orders off with the name on it and hand it to the person and done. Sometimes not even a thank you. They treated everyone that walked in there attentively and good manners. Everything to encourage a return visit. My order was timely, correct and done well. Value for items I purchased was better than B-Dubs buy one wing get one 50% across the street. Some in the family wanted B-Dubs because of the skinny fries and cheese curds. They had a gift card. It was my birthday and I got six free wings there so I ordered to let them have those because I like DWC wings better. I wish I could order just the cheese curds fried at dwc because that’s the only reason I would ever make a second stop myself. At the job she handed me my order and said have a good night but she didn’t even look at me. Just said it and turned away, She had no line or a phone call. I had to ask for my receipt. It amused me because her name was Patience. Not feeling it that night. Your guys were stellar. I couldn’t seem anything negative about Aden or Luke and because they double checked the receipt and it was $5 less than usual for the package I got. They realized it and then found out it was my birthday. They both very genuinely wished me a happy birthday and thanks for coming there. Location Knapps Corners Grand Rapids Michigan also I had to phone my order into b-dub because the online would not give me my reward and was trying to Bill me zero. A lot of people might have just submitted it that way but I was honest and I let them know and called. Your app and online ordering is always so easy. The only option I wish that DWC had is (even with an upcharge) to be able to make an order all flat or all drummies because certain individuals in our family for certain sauces have definite preferences. So just a suggestion.

Their food is always great! They have some many flavor options and I have not had one flavor that I did not love. Even their dry rubs is flavorful!! After today, I’ve decided that I’m not eating chicken wings from anywhere else in the city!

Order wings a day in advance for a 4:45 pick up. Went at 4:45 and was told it was going to be “at least another hour!” They also wouldn’t allow us to order the wings the way we like either. Very disappointed in the way they operate. I recognize it is a busy day for them, but they should shut down ordering if they can’t meet the time or at least close to it.

I placed a pickup order at 3:15 PM for pickup at 6:15 PM, thinking that 3 hours prior to pickup would be enough time to ensure that my order was ready. When I arrived at 6:15 PM, the staff member informed me that it would only be a few minutes, but I could clearly see that they hadn’t even started my order. I ended up waiting approx. 22 minutes for my order with zero updates from the staff about when my order would be ready. When I returned home and took a look at my order, it was incorrect and was missing items. I have ordered from here before over the past couple of years, but feel that I can no longer order from here going forward as the quality of the service and the quality of the food has decreased.
