Let me start off by saying, the staff here is top notch. I looked at a few other reviews just to be sure it wasn’t just me, but they would quickly find me a regular customer there if I lived nearby.
That being said, I’m from Michigan, suburb of Detroit. My experience with Detroit style comes from Jets and Buddy’s. Is that limited? Maybe. In any case, I wasn’t overly reminded of these with the BBQ Chicken pizza I had. But it was very good. Especially that calzone!!! Added pep and sausage. Plenty of creative Detroit inspired options to look forward to… and review video coming soon.

Man I wish I could give that 5 star rating. We did a customized pizza. Wife wanted to add red onions, unfortunately we got minimal onion. Spending $3.00 for red onion is silly. She wanted that added, well we got shavings of a onion. Some slices didn’t even have them on the pizza. You guys have killer pizza. Just need to pay more attention to quantity of toppings.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times. While the pizza is usually good, this last one had huge dollop of tomato past all over it, and minimal toppings– not enough for the price I paid. I feel like I paid 30 dollars for a tomato paste pizza. Very unhappy!

I think my hopes were too high for this place. The pizza reminded me of Little Caesar’s pizza. Very doughy. I mean look how much it fluffs up after taking a bite. There is a pizza for everyone out there though. This just wasn’t the one for me.

Detroit Pizza is always a great option for delivery in Battle Ground. The pizza is delicious and I especially like that the delivery people are in house, not DoorDash etc. I love supporting this local business and the kids who get jobs delivering pizza always put a smile on my face. They have lots of specialty pies with great toppings. The crust is a little thick for my liking so I order thin crust and it comes out like normal to me. Great sauce and fresh ingredients made to order.

Even though they don’t have a true dining area, the pizza is worth the pickup or delivery. Super friendly when I arrived to pickup my order, I think at least 5 people welcomed me! And the pizza is absolutely delicious, wish we would’ve discovered them years ago!

Ordered online. The delivery was very fast and pizza was still hot. Very delicious Detroit style pizza! Will definitely be ordering from here again. Also I didn’t rate the atmosphere because obviously I didn’t go into the restaurant.

I used their “deals” and still paid $60 for 3 pies. They were very short on sauce and toppings in general. The taste was ok, not fantastic. The garlic chicken was the best of the three. It’s not worth the price in my extremely humble opinion.

New residents to Battleground, wanted to check out the local pizza options. We placed a pick up order the first time, which was their Detroit style crust. It was all we could do not to dive into it driving home! It was worth the wait to get home! So great!
Then we ordered delivery and the hand tossed crust with a half and half custom topping, and again, so tasty!
I highly recommend Detroit Pizza! The women were working hard and pizzas were moving out the door when we went to get our pickup on a Friday evening. Their approach to another customer who had a concern was, “let’s make it right”. Will be ordering from them many, many more times!

The Italian Sub is my absolute favorite!!! The bread is always fresh and crispy, and all of the ingredients are top-notch. I order it every time, and it never fails to hit the spot! I get mine without olives, and it’s still absolutely delicious. Side it with some classic lays potatoes chips and a root beer and you wont be disappointed
The staff are always attentive, professional, and all-around pleasant, whether on the phone, in person for pick up, or during delivery. I also want to mention that Detroit was an awesome employer to my son throughout his entire high school career, which means a lot to our family. This is one of my favorite spots for so many reasons, but I’ll always come back for that Italian Sub!!! Scored on atmosphere based on the working environment for my Son, I’ve personally never dinned in at either location!
