Super friendly staff. Had a house special pizza, sauce was sweeter than what we are used to but still good. Alfredo chicken pasta was really good and came with 2 big pieces of cheese bread (or garlic). Took a sauerkraut pizza to go, had to taste it before we left and it had to be the best sauerkraut I have ever had! Will definitely be back!

I think ive found my new favorite pizza this side of the River, the Mississippi River. Minneapolis side, not St. Paul witch would have been the OG Red Savoy’s off of West 7th. We got the Meat Lovers thin crest witch was absolutely worth the 40 min drive. Tasted like no other these days, they know how to make an old school pizza still with kick butt taste . Wife got Chicken parm witch she said was amazing also. Cheese bread app witch mozzarella cheese was out of this world also. Don’t think twice about not giving this place a try! Trust me it’s worth every cent…..

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat for our 21st anniversary I looked and looked . Every place I looked was in a strip mall . I did not want to eat at a strip mall. Fed up with looking I finally said let’s go here. We got here and immediately felt a laid back, old school restaurant. The kitchen is basically right in the dinning area where you can see them. The communication between the employees was so impressive to hear. Such a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Glad we decided to go to that strip mall. Definitely a diamond in the rough . Kristi was a great waitress .

Detello’s is the best kept secret for family Italian restaurants in the west metro. The pizza, pasta, and salad are perfection. Although they do not offer delivery, they frequently have a line picking up takeout. They offer a few types of beers and wine for the adults. This is a hotspot for families and sport teams. The retro interior is extremely clean and well maintained. I highly, highly recommend stopping in to try their pizza. It’s the best in town!

Detellos comes up a lot when in discussions of good pizza. The restaurant is a little dated but does have a cozy feel. Pizza does live up to the hype. Now for the one dish we ordered that totally killed the vibe and reasons for the 2 star review. Ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu and was very excited to try it. All appeared fine til I realized the chicken was processed chicken tender you would get from a school cafeteria. Had a very weird texture and the breading slid right off when we put a fork to it. 14.50 for processed chicken tender…. Makes the pizza not even worth the visit.

Worth the wait if it’s busy. The place smells great. Have always had good food. I’m not a fan of their pizza so it gets 3 stars. The salads are really crispy, chilled and fresh but are a little sparse. Everything else is great. The service has been spotty when it comes to keeping the drinks full. Once it was so bad I asked another waitress if she could get us refills and she gave me attitude. It sucks to feel like you’ve been forgotten by your waitress or waiter. Bathroom was spotless and very much appreciated.

Long drive up to Eden Prairie from Woodbury and will say, it was worth the trip! Pizza was excellent! The 10” pizza was plenty for me, the outside crust was crispy and delicious!

Chicken cordon blue with garlic toast and cheese tortellini with garlic chicken and cheesy garlic toast. Both were fantastic. Dining room was quiet and comfy at 2pm. Exactly what we were looking for!
