Ok I already posted about Banh Mi on TikTok, but just in case haven’t seen or read it…here ya go!
Listen l’ve had pho in Ho Chi Minh, Sydney, and Melbourne.
This spot in Sandestin is right up there on the top of my list.
The broth?
Clear.
Aromatic.
Hours of simmering you can taste.
The herbs?
Fresh.
Generous.
Not an afterthought…the noodles?
Perfect texture.
Not mushy.
Not too firm…the noodles were definitely difterent.
I said all that to say, this is my favorite Pho spot in Okaloosa County right now.
Btw, it was seasoned to perfection and I just need them to add those Vietnamese doughnuts to the menu.

What a pleasant surprise, in a strip mall, no less. Stopped in for a quick lunch, ordered the special pho with pork and beef and the jambon bahn mi. Shared both with my wife and enjoyed the deep broth flavor of the pho and all the fresh accompaniments with sprouts, cilantro and limes. The bahn mi sandwich was delicious, crusty french baguette with fresh veggie toppings. It was so good we ordered a takeout pho for our trip home. Owner (Mike) was enthusiastic and helpful in making our experience a step up from average.

I came here with my family. We got the hot Cheetos original and the hot Cheetos cheese. It was not very spicy at all. It was good because I really like cheese, but it was missing that component. The service was virtually nonexistent from the cashier, but the person who brought out our food was very kind. A lot of the tables were dirty.

I got my order to go and the owner Mike was so friendly. I got to my car and just could not wait to try it so I ate the entire gigantic sandwich in the parking lot…it was so good. I went back in and bought 2 more to take home to my daughter and husband. All 3 were number one on the menu.

They usually can’t take the heat of jalapeños, but since the ribs and seeds were taken out, they were very mild plus, I they are pickled along with pickled carrot and daikon radish… I can’t wait till I have to go over to that side of the world to stop in and get another couple of sandwiches and Pho . Mind gave me some fiber to take home to try. It was the best Pho broth I’ve ever had and he does not use MSG!.
Despite what research says, MSG gives me heart palpitations, and sometimes a headache.

The owner treated us like we were long time regulars, and this was our 1st visit. I have heard the BEST reviews from clients and friends and had high expectations and he superseded those.
