We had never had Desperado’s before, but we’d heard the food was good. So we bought a ton of wings for a new year’s party. They were ready when they said they’d be, packaged well, and still warm by the time I got home 20 minutes away. Best part? They were delicious! We prefer our wings to be a little more crispy and these were perfect for us. We’ll done Desperado’s, we’ll be back.

They were brewing some coffee when I was here. So I got a cup of jo and a couple of brews.
I ordered the wings to eat and they were quite good. They weren’t anything extraordinary either. Just good old chicken wings with a decent taste and texture.
In the back of the bar near the restrooms, there is a huge backroom with pool tables and other games. It’s very cool.
Overall, this is a nice little bar with pretty good food.

AWESOME PLACE! Omg If you’re looking for a great hangout, awesome food, fast and friendly service around the Huntsville/ Indian Lake area, you can’t find much better than desperados. For real.

First time visit here. Went for the ribs and they did not disappoint! They were so tender and juicy and the sauce was perfect. We also got some chicken wings to try as we had heard they were great and they were just that…great! Meaty and juicy! The fries are “fresh cut fair fries” and were awesome! My son got the shrimp basket and it was also very good.

I had a date take me to this place. I typically would not have gone on my own. But I have to say that I’m glad we ate there. The supreme pizza was amazing. They were not stingy with the toppings. I only ate a couple pieces and I was full. The inside was simple, if you want fancy, you may want to look elsewhere. But the service was excellent, the other patrons were nice. The menu has something for everyone. It was a very relaxed atmosphere overall. I live over an hour away so I’m not sure when I will go back, but I will go back if I’m in the area.
