I ordered chicken tikka and kadai chicken. As you can see in the attached photo, what was served as kadai chicken was actually just an onion curry, not kadai chicken.
This is the worst Indian restaurant experience I’ve had.
We have lived out of state for 6 years and when we come back, we eat here! Never disappointed, always craving it! Soooooo DELICIOUS.
I dined in to try the vegetable spring rolls, a Dr. Pepper, and the lamb curry, spice level hot. This is an order at the front register kind of establishment. The woman talked me through my drink options, gave me my numbered stand, and told me she would take care of the rest.
The register prompted for a tip. I gave $5.00. As it turns out, this isn’t really an official tip for service kind of restaurant.
I picked my dining table and waited. Shortly after, a young lady brought me my food and that was it. Simple. I looked back up to realize I needed my drink, silverware, and napkins. I noticed the drink station to the far right of the register and corrected for my dining needs.
The lamb was bias/diagonal cut sausage. The curry barely had any flavor, for my taste. The rice was bland. I was even suggested the plain naan bread. I took that as they were out of the garlic naan bread, although the people behind me ordered the garlic naan bread, successfully.
The vegetable spring rolls were good. Anyhoo, I am glad I finally got to visit this restaurant, for real, for really real.
I was nervous about it being Indian Cuisine. We asked people waiting for pickup what they thought – everyone had huge smiles on their face.
Every bite was a party in my mouth.
Service was quick, very friendly and explained the details of the items and spices.
