My new fav place to go for quick Indian food! St Charles County has been in need of a place like this!
I have loved everything that I’ve tried on two visits. The lunch special is plenty of food at a great price! ($9.99 for meat or 8.99 for vegetarian). They provide a great amount of rice with two decent sized portions of entree. Served in a microwaveable container so that you can warm up any leftovers the next day—don’t let any go to waste .
You order in a storefront and eat a few doors down in a cafeteria area. Clean bathrooms. Cold filtered water from the fountain, or they have plenty of beverage options for purchase. The staff are very helpful and very kind.

This place is amazing! They offered me samples of everything I ask about. I dont know anything about Indian food but the were so nice and welcoming. If you want to try something new I would advise you go and try it. Don’t be scared to ask for samples of the food. I will definitely be going back!

Excellent Indian food! The Mysore Bonda is their signature dish and a must-try — crispy outside and soft inside with amazing chutneys. I’ve had their biryanis multiple times and they’re always flavorful and satisfying. The lunch combos are also a great value and very comforting. Best nearby Indian restaurant for sure. Definitely coming back!

Went in and ordered carry out today – was pleased with the variety of offerings. The kind person taking my order thankfully told me my choice was very hot and offered an alternative that was still spicy but excellent – boneless chicken biryani. Definitely has a kick but the flavor is superb! We also ordered paneer butter masala which was “really good” per my kid! In addition, we got aloo samosas and stuffed peppers, garlic naan, and mango lassis. Everything was superb – flavorful, plentiful, and fresh! We are excited to have found Desi Vila!

The staff were kind and helpful. I tried items from most sections of the menu, and overall the food was just average. The chestnut appetizers and dosa stood out as the better items. However, the Indo-Chinese dishes were overly salty, and the chicken texture in both the appetizers and biryani was not good.
The restaurant feels more like a casual grab-and-go spot. There is a clean, functional dining area, but it is self-service only. Overall, it’s okay for a quick bite, but there’s room for improvement in food consistency.

We ordered a full-course dinner with snacks for our party of ~500 people. After researching who could handle large orders with quality, we chose Desi Vilas—and they delivered beyond expectations.
They managed everything from delivery and setup to serving and cleanup. The food was delicious and authentic, and we received many compliments from our guests.

Desi Villa in O’Fallon, MO is hands down my go-to spot for Indian food. I order from here almost every weekend, and the food is consistently amazing. The flavors are rich, authentic, and always satisfying, whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout. You can tell a lot of care goes into their cooking, and the quality never disappoints. If you’re craving great Indian food, Desi Villa is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Writing after taking out food for 4 times in the last 1 month after moving to Missouri from Dallas, Texas. I was skeptical about finding good and tasty food here but very happy about the taste from Desi Vilas.
All 4 times, the food taste was good and consistent. Had paneer curry couple of times, and then Mysore Bajji , Wada and Puri along with 2 Chutneys. Mr.Santosh is very much passionate about what he is doing and speaks well with customers.
Will try evening snacks next time. Thank you !!

Found this carry-out restaurant while picking up my friend’s catering order. The snacks were good, and the food was tasty. The only downside is that it’s a little bit expensive.
