There food was amazing!! It’s so rare to find traditional food that tastes perfectly homemade! I would recommend to everyone! We got the dahi bhala, amritsari kulcha, chole bathure, and a sweet dish firni( idk if I got the spelling right) but was amazing and delicious!

We stopped at the Desi Food shop on the way to Manteca from Las Vegas. We tried Bhija kulcha, Amritsari Kulcha, Malai Chaap and Dahi puri. Food was so good and fresh along with the great customer service and greeting. Highly recommended

Its extraordinary place in bakersfield, as i am tourist and vegetarian, i found this place amazing, i tried aloo tikki , dahi bhalla , chole and amritsari kulcha all of this are amazing and as same as indian taste . 5 star to all 3 things . Highly recommended amd also pocket friendly.

I stopped at this place on my way to Los Angeles and absolutely loved their food. I had Bun Kulcha which was actually chole kulcha and exactly like the way you get it in Delhi. I can only guess that their other food items would be equally tasty. I wish they were in Los Angeles.

The best ever. Authentic Punjabi food I had Amritsar kulcha and veg sandwich it was so good and we even got complementary chaap taco they started and the chaap literally melted once in mouth. Their food is so amazing. The owner as well he was so nice and welcoming. A hidden gem fr !!!

Very high price , I tried noodles that was full of oil and soy sauce which is fatal for blood pressure and high sodium. Atleast they should ask if we prefer soy sauce or can give on side there are people who are allergic to soy so be careful and look into the ingredients or just ask before ordering. Portions are small and prices are super high. I would prefer to cook at home.

We stopped at this location while driving from Bay area to Los Angeles, and it was really worth some extra time.
We tried amritsari kulcha, chhole bhature and dahi bhala and the dishes were really good. Wish they opened it in bay area it could become our to go place to eat. Also all the items on menu were vegetarian and they can make some of them without onion garlic and potatoes. (Jain food).

Food was SO delicious! The customer service was excellent! We got a few things to try: Amritsari kulcha-it tasted just like the ones from India! So crunchy and yummy.
Aloo tikki- same as Indian street tikis
Vegan burger was so good, reminded me of burgers in India.
Kesar phirni was so delicious. To wash it down A Limca drink makes everything great!
We all loved everything, will definitely be going back.

We stopped at the Desi Food shop on the way to San diego from Yuba city. We tried Amritsari kulcha, Aloo Tikki & Dahi wale gol gappe. It literally remind me my hometown. Food was soo good and fresh along with the great customer service and greeting. I wouldn’t be surprised if I will drive 5 hours from yuba city just to eat here again. Thank you so much Paji for the great service and Delicious food.
